I sat in drive thru for 30 min for a reg hot ham n cheese and a large soda. There was maybe 1 customer inside. I saw dine in custers leave without ordering. I used to work here when it was BUSY and this is terrible.

We ordered 4 wraps before anyone came through drive thru and they made us wait and then finally dropped the chicken for the wraps and then it still took a while to wait because the lady did all drive thru first it took over 20 minutes

This location sucks. I moved to Quincy a year ago and have cycled through different restaurants trying to find quality and reliable places. This location is about 3 minutes down the street from my house so I've given them quite a few chances and order different things at different times over the last few months.. I've been to three different Hardee's in the area and this is by far the worst. From the food quality to the service and speed.. this location is horrible. Literally made the decision to drive across town to the other location in town just to use my reward points.

Memories! First thing I experience once inside....I'm a grade schooler again. The unforgettable smell of outstanding original foods, the "H" adorned seats. The welcoming smiles set to take my order. Nothing like it back then. Nothing else like it now.
Most mornings before school, dad would stop and send me in. They had just started breakfast service then, and was the first sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit this 8 yo had ever seen.
Remarkable! Delicious! A truly unforgettable experience that I can report hasn't changed a bit 40 years later. Thanks Hardees!

My husband and I visited this location at about 5pm on October the 22. Although it did not appear to be busy we waited a long time for our food. While we waited a majority of the staff were talking to each other. I heard one of them tell the others that I was was waiting for my food...I continued to wait while they continued to talk. When I did get the food, it was cold. We ordered and paid for coleslaw which we did not get. The person who was working was the employee doing the cooking. When I tried to talk to the staff I was ignored. It was a frustrating and difficult experience. I will not recommend or visit here again.

So I just came through the drive through here and ordered just 4 sandwiches. That's all just 4 sandwiches. Total was $30.04 FOR 4 SANDWICHES. THATS RIDICULOUS. Not to mention I had to pull forward for hot ham and cheese. I can't believe this place is still open actually.

This place has really gone down hill it takes forever to get your food no matter how many workers there are half time it is not correct or part of its cold you can't hear hardly anything out of the speaker and prices are ridiculous The food is just being thrown together my cinnamon roll was as hard as a rock they really need someone management changes or something
