Got the chicken tenders and they taste like the fry oil hasn’t been changed in weeks. Had a long wait for them too. I haven’t been here in 2 years and went today because it was close by and it’s still bad after 2 years never coming here again rather go to the Broadway location even if it’s out of my way.

I wouldn’t dine in, not inviting or that clean. I ordered a Harold and they made it like a breakfast sandwich. Staff would rather be outside smoking than inside waiting on customers. The 24th and Broadway location is the best one.

When have you ever been here and not been disappointed in some shape or form? Well today's special dish of disappointment was served up in the form of waiting for 10 mins to be informed that they were out of the food I ordered for myself, I got an apology my money back and an empty stomach... at least I got to smell my sons food while he ate.

Done an online order and requested the wraps to have barbecue sauce and pickles. Got to the drive-through to let them know, and the employee had an unpleasant tone, my order was not correct. My chicken wraps were so dry I ended up eating just the chicken strip out of it and throwing the tortilla and lettuce away because it was not properly as customized. I tried to call them three times and no one answers the phone at the store. I will never go to this Hardee’s location again. Sadly, most people don’t want to work and do their jobs anymore and it’s starting to show ?
