I placed my order through the app at 1:30p and waited. By 2:30p it says it was delivered, only it wasn’t. I called the store at 2:35p and someone assured me they were going to figure it out and call me right back. By 3:10p I gave up and called back - no one bad any idea what was going on. I asked for my money back. “Sorry for the mixup” was their apology. No problem - who wouldn’t want to wait 2 hours for nothing.

It's kind of not so easy of a location to get in and out of. Staff was ok, but some of them seemed to be more interested in continuing their personal lives instead of the business.

They have one job, make sandwiches. So how do they forget to put everything on the sandwich except cheese and roast beef. Nothing else!!!! Then they won’t do a damn thing about it because I Don’t want to turn around and drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction for them to fix their screw up.

9/12/24 I got a sandwich for lunch and 1 for dinner because today is busy, and lately. I can't seem to get a complete order. I got my 2 sandwiches, chip, and drink. You leave off my cookie. (Around 12pm I ordered)

2 weeks ago, I ordered, and you left off my drink.

I'm usually not a person to pick. Totally showed grace to the delivery person 2 weeks ago that seemed stressed with people in the car.

Today, that cookie was my back up plan if my blood sugar dropped, a nice little treat, since I won't be home or near a store later tonight.

Something so small can actually mean something.

So while your sandwiches are great. It feels crappy to now need to waste my time finding an alternate solution, and I don't like throwing money away. I even tipped.

I totally realize how hard it is for people in the service industry, and I get it.

It just sucks all across the board. I give grace all the time. However, if nobody ever complains, nothing ever changes.

Ordered 3 subs ( 2 of #7, 1 of #9) Watched female employee make our subs. She had no gloves on! She must have seen me watching her and grabs ONE blue glove for her right hand! Then I noticed the length of her fingernails on her left hand.

2 or 3 employees using their cell phones behind the counter. Some had blue gloves on. (Cell phone screens collect many germs).

We love Jimmy John's but something isn't right with this picture.

Saved my receipt. It has exact date and time. It was today Saturday June 29th, 2024.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! They will not deliver, they have NO delivery drivers. Also they act like your crazy for suggesting to maybe let the customer know that they have no drivers.**After reading a few more reviews, it seems they know about their phones not working or employees not answering them and do not seem concerned by it. I myself could not reach the store after calling 4 times and one person said it took an hour and a half to get someone to answer a phone at the store.

Barely any meat in my "Ultimate Porker" sandwich for $8, sandwich was hardly fresh. ? The portions have been inconsistent for a while now. I shouldn't be tasting 70% tomato when I'm eating that sandwich. Making these sandwiches isn't rocket science. ? Sad to see this store going downhill like it has the past several months. I order from here rather often but I won't be any longer.
