Been in Quincy for 2 years now, walked in today with my husband and I gotta say it’s the cleanest place in Quincy!! Not even Canes was that clean? There was only one worker, for dine-in, drive thru and making the sandwiches. Had the place spotless clean and not only that, we had great service!!!

I’ve never had an issue with Jimmy John’s before. June 7th 2024 I ordered a firecracker wrap. It was voided due to no drivers I was supposed to be refunded I called the following day (today) because I hadn’t been refunded. The girl got smart with me and was no help and rude. I will not be ordering from Jimmy John’s again. The issue was not resolved and I’m out $14

So i ordered when they were open an hour before they closed lastnight took the money from my account still says in the app to expect my food still haven't received my order so I'm out my money with nothing to show for it this will be the last time I order from them as I still haven't received my order and it shows they aren't busy and it's the next day are you kidding me!!! This is ridiculous.
This sub sandwich restaurant has potential. The sandwich was good, but it would have been tremendous better if it would have been toasted or warmed. Nope we will not be back if in Quincy again.04 November 2023

Won't be going back to this location, have been several times including delivery and what a hot mess express, today topped the cake. Bread is harder than a rock, sandwich is wrong and my dr pepper turned into Coca-Cola. Lesson learned.
