So i ordered when they were open an hour before they closed lastnight took the money from my account still says in the app to expect my food still haven't received my order so I'm out my money with nothing to show for it this will be the last time I order from them as I still haven't received my order and it shows they aren't busy and it's the next day are you kidding me!!! This is ridiculous.

This sub sandwich restaurant has potential. The sandwich was good, but it would have been tremendous better if it would have been toasted or warmed. Nope we will not be back if in Quincy again.04 November 2023

Won't be going back to this location, have been several times including delivery and what a hot mess express, today topped the cake. Bread is harder than a rock, sandwich is wrong and my dr pepper turned into Coca-Cola. Lesson learned.

Bread was burnt. Ordered a #4 no tomato add sauce. For some reason the employee didn't pull the bread out like you're supposed to on the subs. Because of this, he also put hardly any lettuce on my sandwich. (They're supposed to pull the bread out of the top half of the sandwich and fill the space with lettuce). At least he did add the sauce. I don't recommend this restaurant, a turkey Tom shouldn't be so difficult to make correctly.

Time and again, this location always disappoints. I will place an order for pickup 15 minutes ahead of time, and when I get here, I'll still have to wait an extra 15 minutes to get my order. Every time I come here, there's at least 5 employees standing around chatting, while frustrated customers stand in line waiting for their orders. I wouldn't waste your time at this location, because the employees here will definitely waste your time.
