It was clear when they passed the order through the window that it was wrong because there were 2 boxes instead of 3. Sent back right away, came back still visually wrong. Went through order for 4th time. Came back with 3 boxes with a guarantee it’s right this time. But no. Order totally wrong. I’d like to be able to say that the above was the worst of it, but no. The food was just dreadful, temperature and taste of food that had been hanging around too long. No other customers around so this is not a case of staff being rushed off their feet. More likely we were getting food that should have been discarded some time ago. $47 dollars straight in the trash. Not what we come to expect from such a place. We won’t be returning, and judging by the absence of other customers we are not the first to say this.

Paid $29 for 2 meals one was $15 for a 5 piece chicken tender box that’s suppose to come with two sides just to give me one side and then a 4 piece box for $11 at that point I should of just got the 4 piece for $4 less since I didn’t get my extra side which costed me 4 extra dollars, at that point I could of went to a better quality place with better portions and better food and paid a extra $5 bucks just to get my actual full meal.

I’m sorry i know it sucks being open TILL YOUR TIME OF CLOSE! but i cannot help that i get off at 8:30 and come to get something to eat at 8:40 and yall are already closed when you close at 9:00. tired of you guys being lazy workers and not open till the time it says. there were three other cars infront of me that yall could’ve served in the last 20 mins of the shift but NO you guys lose money constantly by not staying open till your time of close!

Was pretty disappointed i spent $60 snd didnt even get butter or honey
The lady on the intercom through the drive up was very personal she had a very nice demeanor and she was very helpful she didn't rush me at all and she helped me make the right decision with the prices being so high. But with the high prices everywhere you're going to find that but she helped me find the right decision to be able to feed two people and have a nice evening without going out in the combustion of Quincy for this evening I give her five stars along with the building it was very nice and clean and thank you KFC for a wonderful evening.
Parking: At the time of dinner tonight which was about 5:30 there were only three people in the drive up I was the second person and the parking lot had no cars in it so the parking lot was vacated it was very nice.
I ordered numerous pieces of chicken for my mother and several of her friends in the nursing home. Unfortunately, they all said it was super dry, and they did not eat. It was a waste of my money, and I will not visit Quincy Illinois store again. I will say the staff were super nice and helpful when I was placing my order.

I ordered from KFC twice in one day (Took it to parents who were caring for my child and then wife wanted it for dinner, don’t judge me). The staff is always nice, which is the only reason they got two stars. The first order, they forgot an order of French fries. The second order, they forgot an entire entree. Providing the food that is paid for is literally the bare minimum. If you like at least getting what you pay for, go somewhere else.
