This was my first time dining at McAlister's. I had a cup of the Country Potato soup, and a small lemonade. Both were delicious, and they arrived at my table in less than 10 minutes after ordering, even during the lunch hour. As a bariatric patient, this is a great place to get a healthy, filling meal.

They made 1 plate at a time stood in line to order for 15 minutes. Then waited another 45 minutes for our food. The manager spent her time standing at the window and talking about tips then took her phone in the bathroom for quite a long time. Probably would have been better to clean off the several dirty tables there was or go back in the kitchen and help make food. There was 2 woman sitting behind me 1 had her food the other said she had been waiting almost 40 minutes for her plate after her friend got there's. Absolutely ridiculous

Amy is so nice. They messed up my order years ago so I hadn’t eaten there since 22. But now they seem to be a lot better thank you!

The food was too expensive for a sandwich place.

Waited more than 15 minutes for our food. Most of the tables were unavailable due to not being cleaned food still on tables. Workers seemed as though we were bothering them just by coming to eat.

Very helpful staff, swift service, clean bathrooms, excellent food.

In particular, the Mac and cheese was a great side and the king club is worthy of the name.

Convenient location, just off the highway.

The sandwich was cold and the meat has grizzle. Not worth the money. I have eaten at other locations and it was better.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I had the spud max. The potato was really big and full of toppings, but was a bit bland, and, considering that it's just a potato, expensive. I really appreciated that they had outdoor seating. There was a good breeze and it was nice and cool in the midwestern heat and humidity.

Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian baked potato option.

Kid-friendliness: They can accommodate children.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
