Nothing better than mobile ordering your family of 5 food and then drive 25 minutes home just to realize they didn't give you all your food. And call them up and only thing they cam do is offer you a coupon. Well that doesn't do me any good at that time. So you end up having to buy lunch again. If I screwed up as much at my job as places like this does I would have been fired.

Saw an employee with a drink that was not properly placed in a McDonald's cup per the rules, had nothing to do with the service but I felt I should bring it to someone's attention. Also I placed an order about a half an hour in advance and was pulled up over a simple six piece nugget kids meal. I'm very disappointed in your performance.

Placed a curbside order. The entire drive through was cleared and I ended up having to go in to get my food that was just sitting there. This is unfortunately a normal occurrence in the evening.

My complaint is that I ordered the 6 dollar burger meal deal. Ok now like on tv it shows that its a bigger burger so I thought would try it. Well I open the darn thing it's the exact same as the mcdouble exact same for 50 cents more. What a crock of crap. The rest of the meal is the exact same as the 550 mcdouble meal why charge 50 cents extra when you get the exact same thing as the mcdouble meal. This is truly a scam people don't get it. Yes it's only 50 cents but it's the concept why pay more for something when you get the exact same thing for less makes no sense

Service was horrible, the past 2 times I have gone there they screw they orders up then when I try and get it fixed they want to blame me and start a problem let alone the manager that want to tell me it's not her problem my food wrong will not be going back, probly the worst service I've had in quincy

Just ordered from them in the drive-thru. I read my order off of a note I had on my phone. It wasn't until I got to my son's house that I realized they screwed up my order once again. My son and daughter-in-law both wanted the bacon, egg, & cheese breakfast meal. They both got sausage, egg, & cheese. I looked at my receipt, and the employee even put the order in wrong... even after reading the order to her.

Think you can order ahead to still grab breakfast before it switches to lunch?
Nope too bad for you, and no I didn't order a couple minutes before it ended- I ordered over 10 minutes before breakfast ended. 🙃

They won't make your breakfast order, instead they wait it out for it to be auto canceled at 10:30, and if you call to see if you can still grab your (should be made already) food, they say oh too bad.
Which sucks because you're almost to the restaurant!
I guess don't order online and drive there instead? Lmao

Yet another terrible experience from a Quincy McDonald's. I ordered breakfast before they stopped serving it, they waited until the time they stop serving, and canceled my order. I did like this McDonald's compared to the other two in town, but I suppose I just had good luck to this point.

Thought I would give it another chance cause my order was REALLY messed up last time. But this time... Absolutely terrible attitudes and customer service. The lady at the 2nd window was so rude that she wouldn't even let me finish speaking before she put her hand up and walked away. All this after THEY forgot some of my order. This used to be the best one in town but now it seems like it's just gone downhill... Probably won't be back to this location.
Update: finally got my food, and you can tell they just threw it together. I have a picture that it won't let me post and there's 3 little pieces of cheese ... Wow.
