The store was trashed. There was trash on floor, no clean tables, no lids at drink station, drink station was disgusting, pop was flat. Staff was very rude. They were out of some of the condiments. Didn't get all our order and when i went to get what was missing the MANAGER made snide comments. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Iâm not one to get on here and trash a business but this place is filthy. Everytime I come in here to let my kids play itâs trashed. And in kept. Itâs ridiculous.
Over 20 minute wait time for cold food and the ENTIRE place was disgusting. No one that worked there including the manager was friendly or apologized for anything. We even had to clean our own table. It was so disgusting that we couldnât even let our kids play in the PlayPlace.

Service at this McDonaldâs is on the decline especially when using the drive thru. We have sat in the drive thru for 10 mins to never be acknowledged. This morning as cars were having orders taken my lane continued to not be acknowledged. I said âHelloâ into the speaker only to be returned with a response of âGoodbyeâ. This McDonaldâs has lost my business!

Started off with waiting in line for 10 min to just be told to wait to order. Then pull around to the window to pick my food up and watched the worker hand pick ice out my cup and put in another one after I watched the worker not have gloves on. And not to mention the food was cold.

Staff is uncaring. Always ask for fresh fish sandwich , which i never get , only get an old fish patty dipped in fryer before being served. Fish normally takes 5 - 7 minutes from frozen , they think I'm dumb.
