The management here is the worst I have ever experienced. I reached out to the owner, Ashley and left a message and never received a call back from her or the GM. Take the time to go down to the one by Blessing owned by Emily Mast, you’ll receive way better service and better food.

We ordered ahead via the app. The food was incorrect, ingredients we had requested not be on burgers were on the burgers. and we had to ask for all four of our drinks. The staff were short and all hiding in the back. The dining area was DISGUSTING and unkempt. All tables were dirty and we had to clean the chairs so we could sit. If we had not had to feed our infant son we wouldnt have stayed to eat in the dinning area. Overall I would not dine in here again.

Ordered two mc chickens and got cold frys and to mc chickens without the chicken just bun lettuce and mayo. This place is a joke. Manger are Joke. Will never be back to this location rather drive to another towns Mc Donald's so I know my order will be right. Can't say it enough this place is a joke.

The worst. Takes 30 minutes for 30 nuggets. I suppose they cook them one at a time now lol. Literally you will save time going all the way down to 13th and broadway and ordering there and driving back as opposed to waiting forever here because “it’s close”

So slow if you go through the drive through. Multiple times I've been there for a single sandwich, such as a simple cheeseburger, and they can't even prepare it in drive through time. I have had to pull off to a waiting spot and chill for up to 5 mins while they make one small order.
Soooo very slow!

An hour wait is pretty ridiculous. And the girl who brought out our order was really snarky when we asked a simple question, the other people waiting with us even agreed about her attitude. We won’t use this location again.
