I had to drop 2 stars on this one. I had the Jalapeño cheese curds. 80% of them were hollow due to over cooking in the fryer. This is not normal, I did not tell my server (he was great) if I did I am sure they would have made it right. They are good folk there. I will go back again.

Took over 50 minutes for our food. We had to go up to the bar to get a second drink. Ordered all you can eat and literally got one piece of fish. Salad had no dressing and fish was so over cooked could not eat it. Seriously…we are not picky at all, but this was absolutely one of the worse meals ever. My 6’5” husband is the hugest gentle giant ever and he is not a happy patron right now. He is going to refuse to pay for his food. Supposed to be all you can eat…but there is no additional food. This is an awesome venue to look at and should be booming with customers…but the service was not good. Obviously under staffed.

It took 35+ minutes to receive our food, which isn't bad on a Saturday. We ordered 10 traditional wings, a Buffalo chicken sandwich, and a bacon cheese burger with curly fries.The wings were coated nicely in mild sauce, but the cheeseburger and Buffalo chicken sandwich were cold to the touch, not warm but cold like they had been sitting in the window 20 +minites after being madeOur waitress was very nice and apologetic even tho it was not her fault that our food was less than exceptional.So we left her a healthy tip, of course.Will we ever go back? NO!!!!!

I’ve been eating at Native for over 30 years, been to every one in the country. This one has traditionally been pretty long wait times and less than courteous service… BUT I have to say that we have had Grace as our server a couple times now… She is nice, prompt, and attentive to her patrons. Thank you Grace! We keep coming because of the service you provide.

We visited on Saturday, February 18th, 2023. We were seated quickly, but that's it. It took FOREVER for the waitress to to take our order, appetizer came out somewhat quickly and was brought by the Hostess. We had a question about the sauce and she had absolutely no idea...asked for a side of regular ranch when ordering, didn't come with appetizer and had to ask again. I ordered fish and chips and had to ask for silverware and asked for a knife twice. Other patrons frustration did not go unnoticed and it was obvious that the staff cared more about chatting amongst themselves rather than doing their job. What should have been a 30-40 minute max visit, took WELL over an hour.

Burgers are decent. The wings were burnt, dry, and just plain sad. Buffalo Wild Wings has better wings, and that’s saying something since they are terrible. The wait time for the food was ridiculous. Honestly not going to be going there again.

This was our first time eating here. The first impression was the river view and the building. It's a vintage building that showcases the vintage brick on the inside. It features a large bar, TV's, and two level dining. As for the food, we had chicken wings, and they were PERFECT! Hot and NOT dried out with a nice selection of sauce choices. Last and NOT least, the staff we had interactions with were all very pleasant. We ABSOLUTELY will be making this one of our favorite restaurant stops!

Love the food and atmosphere, HATE THE WAIT?We were seated quickly and the wait staff was friendly. Order was placed but it took a VERY long time for the kitchen to get the food out (approx. 70 min). The waiter apologized many times and said that they were short staffed in the kitchen and the orders backed up. Once the food got to the table it was tasty and what we were hoping for. Just had an extremely long wait time. Hopefully they're able to add or reassign staff to the kitchen.

Went with a party of 8. Took over an hour to get seated, but it was a big party. Took another 1.5 hour to get our food. The venue is really cool and our waitress was great.All of our boneless wings and fries were very over cooked. Food was also cold. Order this if you have strong jaw muscles and don't mind a chew. The bone in wings were tender and good though. Sliders were good too. Don't come here for boneless wings or fries. Very disappointed about that ?

We decided to eat at this local place. We waited 1.5 hours for our food to come out. Our food NEVER came out in a 1.5 hours but yet we watched everyone of the staff members EAT a meal in plain site of everyone sitting it the dining room area. Along with that we watched 3 table full of individuals that came in after we had placed our order get their orders before ours. Our waiter was courteous and apologized but overall very disappointed!
Look. We love this place. It has been on a hard decline for months now, what once was a go to for every firings lunch is now a roll of the dice. The food is typically cold or inconsistent and takes entirely long to come out. I can get that new staff, short staff, the list goes on. But each time the exudes grow longer and longer. To add that an employee told us that we wouldn’t want to be the Manager of Native when we were talking about the lack of employees. I hate to leave a one star review. This place is great. But we meet to MAKE NATIVE GREAT AGAIN!

I really don’t want to give this place a 1 star because it used to be legit but it’s been on a steady decline for awhile. They are always short staffed, food is usually slow to come out, there draft was down for awhile, pizza is hit or miss, they stopped allowing you to get the un-breaded traditional wings, and it’s a sports bar that closes WAY before games are over….. Make Native Great Again (please)

Absolutely horrible service. We ordered a basic meal and it took an extremely long time to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy at all. The food was very disappointing and bland. The staff all around did not seem like they were interested in making their customers enjoy their time there.

Our first experience here was good. The food was good and the service was good at the bar. Our second experience at the bar was awful yesterday. There were four other people sitting at the bar when we arrived. We sat down on the opposite side of the bar from them and the bartender did not acknowledge us for at least 10 minutes. She was leisurely filling beers on the other side and talking to the guys sitting there. She finally filled up a drink tray and walked past us on her way upstairs saying "I'll be with you in a minute". 5 minutes later she comes back, goes behind the bar and slowly empties her tray, then helps the server give the guys on the other side of the bar their food, then slowly walks over to us with menus. By then were very annoyed and let her know it. She proceeds to get smart with us, basically picking a fight, then said we needed to go sit at a table because she wasn't going to serve us. All she had to do was give us our menus and our water when we first came in and explain that she was busy and would be with us as soon as possible. We walked out and will not go back to this place. Her behavior was outrageous!
