Food is always good. The Sip Club is fantastic. There always seems to be a lot of employees moving around, but you will be waiting for your cup or order.

I love Panera and enjoy getting work done there, great environment. However, I can’t drink coffee there anymore, too many times the half and half was spoiled. One time is excusable but multiple times makes me question cleanliness.
You can tell they’re pinching pennies here. It’s just not appealing as a guest. They got rid of the self-serve beverage station and eliminated half of the drink options. Why pay $15 a month again for sip club? The incentive was convenience and options and that is now gone.
