I had Panera Bread In Gladstone Missouri it was good friendly Attentive staff. Large portions of food worth the price. With that being said I anticipate the same experience when I actually visit the QuincyIL location soon.

Sat at a bar that was sticky tried wiping it off . Went up to get our food and asked for my tea that I was told I was to get from the back this lady is telling me I get it out front . Well needless to say I didn't get to try the pomegranate tea . Also all the food was cold. We won't be back .

Met a friend for dinner and we were there for quite a while catching up. Unfortunately, they were out of tomatoes at 5:45 on a Wednesday evening. HyVee is across the parking lot! They were also out of chips. The dining room needs some sprucing up. Everything seems worn and the walls are full of dings. Then an employee started to clean the bathrooms. They were blocked off for at least 1/2 hour.

Very clean and well kept building! Great location and friendly, helpful employees! Food was fresh and correct and very very tasty! I would definitely eat here again!
