Based on the reviews, my husband and I were eager to try this. We went on a Saturday for lunch. First off, I've been to a lot of barbeque joints in my life. One thing they normally have in common is the smell hitting you before you even walk in. We thought it was odd there was no delicious meaty aroma. We got inside and found very limited menu items. Like not even a pulled pork sandwich, fries, or mac and cheese. But the kicker was even with the limited menu, they were out of some of the things listed on the menu. We decided to leave without ordering.

We had an amazing experience at Plat Daddy BBQ! We tried the Brisket Frisco and the burnt ends, and both were absolutely incredible. The Brisket Frisco was packed with flavor! Tender, smoky brisket piled high on perfectly toasted sourdough bread. And the burnt ends? Melt in your mouth delicious with just the right balance of bark and juicy goodness.
The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the whole vibe felt like a hidden gem we can’t wait to come back to. If you’re a BBQ lover, do yourself a favor and get to Plat Daddy ASAP!

I ordered the PBD Platter 35.99 and it came with half pound chicken wings, a quarter pound of burnt ends and pulled pork, sixteen ounces of tortellini, honey fried brussels sprouts, two cornbread, muffins. It's a meal for two. The burnt ends were AMAZING and the best I've ever had and were so tender. The BBQ sauce was delicious. I got the chicken wings with Oink Dust dry rub and they were so delicious. The honey fried Brussels were the best Brussels sprouts I've ever had and I will be getting more on every trip to Quincy! Service was great! The place is pretty cool n they've recently expanded and have a play room for kids!. I will be coming back! Thank you Platt Daddy BBQ. Also this was my first time and they did amazing.

Tried the pulled pork sandwich, the bowl, Brussel sprouts, fried pickles and the tater bombs. Everything was good and well seasoned also the slaw on the pulled pork was the best slaw I’ve ever had. I also loved how the owner checked in on everyone and made sure they were doing good. Very attentive and the food comes out fast. 10/10 recommend

Food is delicious! They use US Wellness meats, which was a cool surprise. Pulled pork awesome, the Brussels were sweet and essentially candied but still Brussels. Good price on beers as well.
