Today was my first time trying QDOBA.
As soon as I walked in the restaurant it was very welcoming and overall such a great atmosphere.
The women who helped us at the counter was such a great employee she helped me through my order as I have never been there and She explained all the food options to me so I can complete my order.
The food was amazing and very good price I will definitely be returning!

Overall, it was okay. Food is good quality and tastes good. I did, however, feel underwhelmed. First, I walk up to the counter and the guy taking orders stared at me blankly without even greeting me. Seemed like he didn’t care at all. Almost none of the staff said anything to me, they simply took my instruction for the order. No thank you, nothing. I did get a bowl with double meat. The order was $17. I live out of town a frequently eat Chipotle. At Chipotle, I can get 2 bowls (without double meat) but it is only $22. Felt expensive to me. The food tasted good but I would probably not come back.

We ordered for a party. Superb customer service. We were happy with what we received with our catering order. Everything from sternos to serving utensils were included with the delicious food. Highly recommend this to any party
Sucks when your burrito maker is half asleep from all the opiates she’s on. Nodding out while making my food isn’t a good impression

Was reading off an order that a co worker texted me and the manager came from the back and yelled “get off your phone” then the cashier and bagger kept rolling her eyes at me and getting irritated.

I have never had a bad experience here. We order a lot for carry-ins at work and the deliveries are always smooth and handled well. I’ve ordered delivery at home. Always great. Eaten in the restaurant a couple times. No problems there either. I could eat barrels of the chips and pico. All the other food I’ve had has been great. Love this place.
