Sonic has a phobia putting ketchup on a burger. Not once, not twice, but every single time I come in and order burgers with everything, they don't put on ketchup. When I ask for ketchup they never put it on the sandwich. I bet they are just giving me old burgers they need to sell rather than making anything fresh. And I just know if they respond to this review they are just going to respond with, our company strives to be bla bla bla. You saying your company is trying but do nothing to fix anything is less that worthless. If you took the time to read and respond to this review, then you have more than enough time to call the restaurant and tell your staff to get the order right.

Most worthless place to "try" and eat at in Quincy, IL. I say try because we pulled up and pushed button to order and waited for over 12 mins while people came after us got to order food and workers was standing around outside smoking blunts! we never did even get to order, we just said to hell with it! will never go back again!

Twice this week I ordered a Sundae without cherries, due to a life threatening allergy. The first time, the whole cherry was on the Sundae. The second time.. they put the cherry on and picked it off.
Twice this week I've wasted time and money on paying for something that I had to throw in the trash (I ordered thru DD).
I will not do any further business with this restaurant.
STOP doing this before you kill someone and get sued!
Dietary restrictions: If you have food allergies and order special, check to make sure it's made correctly. TWICE I've asked for an item to be removed due to allergies and twice I've received said item!

I only gave it 3 stars for service because when I ordered my "chili dog - with mustard and onion", the female kept saying "so you want the 6" chili cheese dog with mustard and onion!" I said "no, I want a chili dog with mustard and onion". We went back and fourth THREE times repeatedly. Pulled up to the window and told that female "I DO NOT want cheese on my chili dog - but for whatever reason - the other female kept repeating the "cheese" part. No cheese. So I had to wait another 5 minutes and hold up the other 6 cars behind me because of the cheeses issue. ? Other then that, food was good, service was good. Yes, I'd go back.
It’s great that there’s a sonic in town but it’d be great if it ran well. It’s always slow. The food will eventually get there and it will be good. But they could improve their speed.

I did not get the lady's name that handed me.My drinks for the drive-through but she was very pleasant. She was very nice, and her smile brightened up my day five-star star rating for the service and for the employee with her smile. Thank you!!

First time I went I asked for cheese coney add onions. Did not get onions. Then asked for queso sauce for my fries and did not get that. Second time I went I asked for pickle fries a side of ranch and a kids meal corn dog no ice in the coke. They gave me a kiss meal bag with pickle fries and a corn dog, no tots when asked i told her tots. Did not get ranch. Very disappointed!

My order was correct, prepared and delivered quickly and tasted great. I ordered through the app, so I had limited contact with my server, but she was nice. I have eaten at Sonics for 45 years in multiple states and this location did not disappoint.
