Receptionist wasn't at door so was a long wait appetizer sw eggrolls were on point delicious. Waitress came to refill drinks but brought it in a regular glass so seemed as if she poured someone else's glass of soda into mine. Didn't like that so much. , the lights were freaking flickering so we unscrewed ours however the lights at the next table flickering was just as annoying. Sitting next to the door was good until another guest walked in into your mouth. The meal was fine was pretty good are service was okay my steak was medium rare but more on the rare side other than that was a good experience I guess

Ordered a gluten free meal and asked for it to be bagged separately. They put a roll right on top of it. They also forgot one of the fries in the order. We used to really like this place but watch out - especially if you have an allergy.

Been coming here for 47 years, even through multiple renovations, the food hasn't changed and still is amazing. Service is always attentive. I recommend the catfish, fried chicken, chicken parm, open faced roast beef....I could go on an on.

I would call this place upscale-casual. They werent crowded, but they were quite busy. There was a steady flow of people. The food was delicious and the service was good as well. Although they were busy, the atmosphere was very nice. I plan on visiting here again.

I have eaten here before and it is usually good but, last night, I had the 12 oz. Prime Rib dinner, and it was the worst prime rib I have ever had. I ordered medium rare but got medium. Worse still, the meat was cold and the au jus was cold - not lukewarm, cold.
Father and I went a few weeks ago. Both had the ribeye steak. In his words and mine, it was the worst steak either of us has ever had. No seasoning and it was like chewing on a shoe. Server was friendly and did well.

Service was ok. Menu didn't list veggies or potato choices that were available. Had to ask server. Bill paying was erratic. Not totally happy with serving sizes. Ate lunch with another person. Chicken Parmesan was good. Broccoli was raw not steamed. Roast beef was good mashed potatoes were skimpy. Seemed overpriced for what you got

I don't know why this place isn't packed every hour they are open. We stopped here on our way home from a ten day vacation out west, and had some of the best food and service of the entire trip. Everything tasted fresh and made from scratch, and the pies are delicious. We've always been impressed when we eat here.
