Ordered food the day before and called 2 hours prior to pick up for verification and staff stated they had the order. When I went to pick up the food (after I had paid and waited 10 more minutes) multiple staff members blamed them losing my order on us ordering the day before instead of apologizing or trying to make it right. Not impressed at all.

1st timer..very nice quiet place for conversation. Waitress was great. Food was very good. Will be trying other dishes on other visits. Top sirloin was good, asked for med.rare,was medium but not tough. Flavor was amazing.

Receptionist wasn't at door so was a long wait appetizer sw eggrolls were on point delicious. Waitress came to refill drinks but brought it in a regular glass so seemed as if she poured someone else's glass of soda into mine. Didn't like that so much. , the lights were freaking flickering so we unscrewed ours however the lights at the next table flickering was just as annoying. Sitting next to the door was good until another guest walked in into your mouth. The meal was fine was pretty good are service was okay my steak was medium rare but more on the rare side other than that was a good experience I guess

Ordered a gluten free meal and asked for it to be bagged separately. They put a roll right on top of it. They also forgot one of the fries in the order. We used to really like this place but watch out - especially if you have an allergy.

Been coming here for 47 years, even through multiple renovations, the food hasn't changed and still is amazing. Service is always attentive. I recommend the catfish, fried chicken, chicken parm, open faced roast beef....I could go on an on.
Service was great always has been. Its cramped inside which makes it difficult to navigate with our stroller. It is a double stroller so about the size of a wheelchair.

I would call this place upscale-casual. They werent crowded, but they were quite busy. There was a steady flow of people. The food was delicious and the service was good as well. Although they were busy, the atmosphere was very nice. I plan on visiting here again.

I have eaten here before and it is usually good but, last night, I had the 12 oz. Prime Rib dinner, and it was the worst prime rib I have ever had. I ordered medium rare but got medium. Worse still, the meat was cold and the au jus was cold - not lukewarm, cold.
