My app-ordered drinks were ready as soon as I walked through the door. BUT I had to wait on my Snowman cookie! Really? A wait on a cookie that you pull off a shelf? A young lady finally brought a small basket of goods (several items) to the carryout counter and started laying out the familiar Starbucks treat bags and calling names! Suddenly, she stopped and went back up the service aisle. When she came back, she again laid out goods (same basket) and called names---including my Snowman cookie which had required no preparation! I don't think any customer should have to wait on a snowman cookie. Common sense, please!

Every time I go in the evening the chick with the orange hair & glasses makes some trash drinks, I get a iced white chocolate mocha & it tastes horrible (2x) it’s happened with that drink so then I order a matcha & it’s just as bad(2x) with that drink as well it’s happened, idk if it’s because they’re using the same container or not washing it, but this never happens when I go in the morning & actually never tasted like that with either drinks in the morning.
This is a great Starbucks to get your drinks, and even get your sandwiches. The coffee tastes great. The employees are very polite and friendly. Always enjoy going here to visit with family or a friend for a while, and drink my coffee.
