My app-ordered drinks were ready as soon as I walked through the door. BUT I had to wait on my Snowman cookie! Really? A wait on a cookie that you pull off a shelf? This is a great Starbucks to get your drinks, and even get your sandwiches. The coffee tastes great. The employees are very polite and friendly. Always enjoy going here to visit with family or a friend for a while, and drink my coffee.
Purchased a coffee and got full caffeine instead of decaf, totally my fault. The girl behind the register made me a new one free of charge even though I was at fault. Excellent customer service! It was Laura!
