Price is so high 20$ for a one person meal is ridiculous can sit down anywhere and eat for 18-20$ a nice cooked meal with out the preservatives and portions be small beware corporations are robbing us

Unfriendly server, walked in this evening one employee was eating in the lobby other one comes out from back not acknowledged anything put gloves on then said what can I make you, seems she was upset I was there.

Ok, waking in I had high hopes for this place, it was clean, several customers in the restaurant, someone in the drive thru. How wrong I was, 3 people behind the counter, a young lady, a young stocky kid and a gentlemen possibly closer to his 50’s. The men had no idea what they were doing. The older gentleman was slow and looked confused, the kid was building the sandwiches, wraps, bowls, according to what his phone was telling him to put in it. He’d constantly take his glove off, scroll down, and then put the glove back on. The woman seemed frustrated and the only one that knew what she was doing she kept jumping back and forth to try and help both guys. The car that was at the drive thru was there when we walked in and didn’t get helped until after us and 2 other people had gotten our meals. Also, there must of been a bus or something before we got there because we had several kids with matching jerseys on come in with subway sandwiches that were made wrong. And also a gentleman from the same team was in front of us and hadn’t gotten served yet when they started taking our order. Not a good experience. Last time we’ll be going in there.

The server seemed unfriendly and angry. She had the music too loud and unpleasant to listen to. Not to mention the cost. Nearly, $27 for 2 sandwiches and two small drinks. I couldn't even get ranch dressing without peppercorns. I do not plan to visit there again.

Normally no issues at this subway but today stopped in for a footlong steak and cheese. New guy served up the meat. When it was put on the bread they skimped on the meat. There was at least two inches of missing meat on both ends of the bread and very little in the middle. Wife had already paid before i saw it. Money was refunded! Heads up management, if your going to raise your prices and cut back on meat your going to loose customers. Im not paying $15.65 for a skimpy meat sub and a small drink. As of now this location will not get my money.

I received 84 tokens on my orders last week, it acknowledges this saying I did receive 84 tokens, but yet it then says I only have 17 tokens, and I’m 183 from the 200 I need for a reward, and I have $0 in rewards ??? What kind of math is this??? What a waste of time.
