I had ordered a modified sandwich and whenever I got there, I picked it up and whenever I got into my car, I opened it to see what it looked like, and half of the sandwich was squished as well as it not being toasted as I asked. I went back in and asked for it to be remade, and she looked at me and said “ I’d have to ask my manager first and they are not here right now.” So I looked at her and said “are you serious?” And she said yes, so I turned around and threw the sandwich in the trash. I Don’t usually bother to take it this far, but that just pissed me off, she couldn’t remake my food because her manager wasn’t there to tell her? That’s ignorant, won’t be getting anything from Subway again anytime soon.
