When I come in there to go get my food, I come in there to chill not to be told how to speak, especially when I’m not already having a good day and Taco Bell is usually the place I go to any way I go here all the time and then when I call with no attitude and then they say I have attitude. Hell no, I’m never going to a Taco Bell establishment ever again and until people learn how to respect other people with dignity and respect.

I'm here on a Tuesday (9/3/2024) at 6:30pm at the 38th & Broadway location and offensive rap music with very explicit lyrics is being blasted from the work area. There are families with young children in the restaurant. This is NOT acceptable in ANY work environment especially with FORWARD FACING customer service. Clean up your act at this location!
