I wish I could give this raggedy place zero stars. Ordered a chalupa box and an extra chalupa. Got home and realized they didn't give me the extra chalupa. Called and called Noone would answer. Drove back there and was told I couldn't get a refund. They called the district manager who said to give me an iou. I'm not joking. I wasted time going back there, wasn't offered anything for the mix up either. Then when I told them I would just take the chalupa I waited every bit of 30 min for it. I never leave reviews but this time was warranted. I have contacted corporate just to try and file a complaint because who tf doesn't refund $6 on a product the customer never received. Its not like i ate half the damn thing and wanted my money back.

Was supposed to have an interview here this morning, nobody called me to tell me that they couldn't do it. My wife ordered food. Took 15 minutes to get her food. The manager was in the back screaming and cussing. The lobby hadn't even been put together.

Food was great! But the service was a bit slow but more than likely due to over worked employees or not enough employees.

Workers tonight had a very good attitude and made sure everything on the order was correct. Didn’t take long at all either!

I ordered 2 supreme luxe boxes. With large drinks. They proceeded to not fill my drink all the way and leave it half empty didn’t close our lids at all. Gave us the wrong things. I ordered cinnamon twist instead of chips and cheese and they gave me chips still. Very very disappointed in my experience. This is not the first time I’ve had problems here.

I ordered a standard easy meal at 6:35 pm on 1/22/25. I waited 30 minutes and no order yet. Three people walked in and ordered and received their orders and I never received mine. At least twice they said it was being made but 10-15 minutes later nothing. I just got tired of waiting. Don't waste your money here.

Bad service all children in there at night told there was no manager they got promotion inside their lobby that they say they don't sell no more very rude I bet if the owners came in there they will get the same bad rude treatment and service everyone should be fired or take classes on customer service but every bad behavior comes from the source so start with the hiring manager

I went to go buy some nacho fries size large
And they gave me the least amount of fries
They have absolutely no seasoning on them and basically like 5 fries
