Ordered a large mobile order through the drive thru. We were handed one bag and told to have a good night, then I presume a manager came to the window and stopped us before we drove off. He ensured we received another item before driving off and asked us to pull around since the item was a specialty made and had been made incorrectly. While pulled around and waiting, I checked the bag to ensure all was accounted for and noticed we were missing one other item. Before I could even finish completely checking the bag, the same gentleman was coming out with our order. He delivered both the correctly made item and the unaccounted for item without us needing to make mention of it.
They were incredibly friendly, thorough, and quick. Food is hot and fresh. 10/10

They get our order wrong or leave things out half the time we come here and the service is so slow. We keep needing to go back to get things they messed up. We kept giving them a chance because they're close, but I'm willing to drive further to actually get what we paid for the first time.

I usually drive the extra couple miles to go to the other Taco Bell because I know if I go to this one they will most likely get my order wrong in some kind of way. I’ve literally never had a good experience with these people at this one. They’re rude and unprofessional and they really don’t care abt getting anything right
Edit after buying from them again only because they were the only place open: they messed my order up again. They need to fix their computer systems to make the words more clear on the screens the food maker is looking at or they need to hire more competent employees. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my food made the correct exact way I ordered it here. Very unfortunate smh

Last night around 8:00pm I had 8$ and could only afford two out of the three burritos I wanted. After waiting 15 minutes they said they couldnt find my order that I was charged for and that I would have to wait 3 buisness days to recieve a refund. I did not get any food despite them taking my 8$ and the manager was very rude. They do not answer their phone and they treat doordashers very poorly. Be careful when using multiple payment methods as employees will overcharge you or misinform you. Bad business practices.

We visit this location every 2 months. They are slow at getting orders for dining room out and there is never a person taking upfront orders. We waited 29 minutes for our last inside order. However the food is always hot and tastes amazing. My nine year old son told me to leave a review this time because the nacho Doritos tacos were the best he's ever had this time.

I can't believe it just had such a terrible experience. Food cold, some of the food was supposed to be grilled wasn't, my doritos tacos were litteral crumbs. I don't know who is running the 9th street location, but, its slacking. Bad.

Taco Bell ninth Street location has went downhill from the appearance of the staff members to the cleanliness of the restaurant all the way through the drive-through water on the floor in front of the counter on the inside uniforms very dirty and smelly, began my transaction through drive-through with Trash completely all over the side of the building, dumb and spit all down the side of the building. From start to finish in the drive-through took me over 25 minutes with about 15 minutes after my order was taken wasn’t able to hear the order taker very soft spoken kept repeating my items incorrectly. If I could have just pulled out, I would have definitely worth the driveout to 35th St.

I saw one of the workers without non slip shoes she was wearing sandles. I also waited a long time to get my food which was thrown in the bag and they didn’t have a of toppings for their tacos

just don't waste your time, go to the other Taco Bell if you expect to get anything worth your money. every time we've gone here our orders have been messed up or cold, always someone complaining loudly in the back about their job, always 3-5 people waiting at register for 10 or more minutes. utter junk.
