Skankiest rudest Taco Bell ever and that’s saying something for this fast food chain known for that. Have had better experiences at the other location in town. Act like their mistakes are your fault. Management is useless and goofs off while workers are understaffed. Workers are okay and try to do what they can but shift leaders are terrible and disorganized and rude. Orders are often wrong and when they are out of items they will not inform you for refund or exchange.

Must have been a bad day to go. Bad service and out of signature hot sauce??? What’s up with that ?
I waited a good six minutes before anyone came to the front and there was two other customers already eating, I ordered two soft shell taco's and both were more lettuce than anything else very little meat. The place that I sat down to eat the bench was torn as if it was ready for the trash. I ended up going to Subway where the food was better and much better staff.

$22 order, several “supreme” items not made supreme, and my quesadilla was made with a sauce that is not the usual jalapeño cheddar or whatever the quesadilla sauce is. It’s something different. Go all the way there, wait in the drive thru, get home, then realize all this. Always. Can I get my $22 back? What a joke.

This place is a joke, they never get your food right half the time never give you sauce, maybe should have less crackheads for your staff. I’ll be taking the extra time and going to the one all way across town for now on or just not go to Taco Bell in Quincy.

It was a very negative experience going through the drive-thru sitting there to try to give my order very unprofessional they completely were laughing and joking obviously was not listening to me at all then once I got to the actual window to pay again there was a female and a male laughing having a great time just not paying attention that I was sitting there they did not give me the right food I had no ice in my drinks and it took an extremely long time I found the experience to be very rude very unprofessional and I will not be returning

Always missing stuff in my order. Last time we didn’t get any of the desserts we ordered. This time not a single sauce in the bag and tacos are missing. On top of that they are always rude and take forever.Highly recommend to go to the other Taco Bell by the hyvee
