Checked in online. Verified at front counter. Sat for over 35 min. Received text we were taken off the list because we didn't check in...which we did. Had trouble before here when at 6pm they were out of baked potatoes and salad. Time to look for a new place in Quincy to eat!!!!

Stopped into Texas Roadhouse in Quincy and ordered the chili and a bone-in ribeye. The chili was thick, warm, and packed with flavor—great starter. The bone-in ribeye was the star: tender, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Service was quick and welcoming even with the place busy. We’ll be back. Just keep in mind it is a chain, so you wont be blown away, but the quality will be consistent.

The past two times we visited the one in Quincy Illinois were bad baked potato was hard steak was way over done asked medium got really well done corn was the only thing hot manager came over offed new potato but nothing on my steak by the time they brought my potato everybody except my granddaughter had ate so we just asked for boxes to go oh I forgot they put mushrooms on my granddaughters steak and her potato was also hard not done

I am in Quincy every Monday and Tuesday for business and I have never had a good experience at this particular Texas Roadhouse. Tonight I ordered my meal and when the server brought out the meal she looked puzzled and said “didn’t you get your salad “? Answer NO. She left my steak and potato to go get my salad and when she came back I let her know she gave me loaded mashed potatoes not the baked potato with butter. While she was getting the right potato I looked at the salad and it had egg all over it. Something I told her I couldn’t have. Soooooo she took it to bring me a new one which meant they just took the egg off the old one. She brought it back and as I was pouring on the dressing she said I think that’s ranch and not the blue cheese you ordered. Bingo, she was right. I told her at this point I didn’t even care. She is a sweet girl but this place never fails to disappoint. At no time did a manager ever come over and on top of it I paid full price and still gave a 20% tip. I talk myself into going back and when I do I realize why it was a mistake. I am done trying to talk myself into going back again

Waiting list was long as expected. We got to "on deck" and waited 20 minutes. I had to remind that our table was waiting for us as I went and seen our name on a table.....forgot to seat us.
Waitress was rough. Asked if we had our order taken? Missed it drink orders, twice. Food over cooked. Has to go get our bill after Waiting 20 minutes. 2.5 hours from on deck to bill.
Normally our go to, but not sure there will be a next time.
We had to ask for silverware and refills. I ordered my steak medium. It was well done. The table was for 2 but very small that we had no room at all. Noticed that at other tables also. Very disappointed but may try again.
