I never review restaurants because I understand how hard the business is. I don’t think I can be more negative on this place than this review. Our waiter was a young gentleman that was good. The rest of the experience was horrific. Our party of six ordered mac & cheese and pork tenderloins. After patiently waiting for an hour for food with no more than 20 people in the restaurant when we ordered, I politely asked where the mac & cheese was. The excuse was that there was online orders that were delaying our meal. The funny thing is that there were multiple tables that showed up after us they had their full meals before our mac & cheese. So we waited another 20 minutes as my children started asking where the food was. A woman walked by the table and I said “miss can I ask you a question,” she gave me a dirty look and a dismissive hand gesture. She eventually came to our table 5 minutes later and I asked for the manager. She said I am the owner. At this point we had already gotten up to leave because it was taking so long to get our food. I ask her why mac & cheese takes over an hour. She very snarkily asked when the last time I owned a restaurant was. I told her if I owned a restaurant it would not take over an hour to get mac & cheese. She told me to leave. I left after giving our waiter a tip because it wasn’t his fault that this restaurant is awful. My advice for the woman who owns this place is that she should realize that owning a restaurant is hard and you have to because courteous to your customers even if you’re stressed out. I own a small business and know that the customer is always right even when they are wrong.
Love the venue. Dislike the service. It is slow. Takes forever to be waited on. Under staffed and disorganized when bands are playing. Food is hit and miss. Sad because I love this place and sometimes the food.
Food was good, and really enjoyed the show tonight.
My wife and I ordered a mobster burger & chicken caesar salad & it took just under 2 hours for our food to come and it wasn't even very busy. When it came the chicken was dry & the fries were cold. We had to ask every time we needed drinks. The burger did taste good but not worth the wait and poor service. The staff looked lost most of the time it was not organized at all. I wouldn't recommend.
I didn't eat there I went to their Candlelight Ghost tour. Actually went 2 weeks in a row. Awesome fun.
Beautiful former bank. Great place for a bar and grill!
Best BLT I've had in a very LONG time. A fun spot for a Saturday lunch!
Love their food! But my past few experiences have been less than satisfactory at best. We have ordered from Red Light once a month during the covid pandemic. Each time something is either wrong, a greasy heart attack, crispy or burnt beyond belief or was just flat out forgotten about and im also beginning to wonder if who is prepare the food can read. I have ordered through Doordash and I have picked up curbside both of which show little difference in terms of the quality of food. I will not be eating there for a very long time. Im not sure what happened before the pandemic we never had a problem with there food. I hope the staff at red light bar and grill read this. Because you should be ashamed of the quality of food that gets sent out of the kitchen. Food is made with care and passion for what you do. Not just throwing sub par food go out to the public. Ask yourself would you eat that when cooking and the answer is No! Then don't give it to someone who is paying you the make it right! I will give this restaurant one more chance in a few months. And if its not cooked right then I'm done for good. K.O. lost a valuable customer who normally spends $60-$70 each time we eat there.Dan D
Was looking for a new place to eat. Kept seeing their tenderloin basket on Facebook. Went there today. Great little hang out. Great food, their fry wedges are amazing with ranch! Definitely give them a try. Lot's of history and architecture in this little historical bank-turned restaurant. Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely may become our new favorite spot. Prices are also nice ?? definitely looks like a nice place to hang out & have drinks late nights ??
It was very nice night to sit outside and dine. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious especially the fries and potato wedges! The view of the park was pretty good too!

The burgers here are amazing! Could not recommend then enough! However, their fries need work. If the fries were good it would be 5 stars but they are almost unedible, far too bland and crunchy. Other than that, its a great place.
We ordered the chicken breast dinner, chicken too done and was unaware chicken was seasoned. We also had the taco fries appetizer, and found a hair.First time trying this place, sad it wasn’t what we were expecting ?The double cheese burger was great though!
I ordered a homestyle tenderloin with curly fries to be delivered through doordash, not only was my meal cold, you could ring out the grease from the bun and pooled under unripened tomato and core/rib of lettuce. Absolutely disgusting. Does not deserve the 1 star
My husband and I have lived in Quincy our whole lives and one of our new favorite places to eat out is Red Light Bar and Grill! The people giving this place low ratings must have extremely picky standards! I have been here at least half a dozen times and my family and friends have been here just as many times, and we have never had a problem with drinks, food, staff or atmosphere. The worst thing we have ever had is an undercooked burger and not only did the kitchen remake the burger, but they also refilled the fries I had already eaten, and took the burger off the bill! This is a fantastic place to eat out whether you are out with family, friends or your spouse. The menu is full of variety and everything is huge in portion and tastes fantastic! They even have a food challenge which makes them very unique in the surrounding area. A great place to eat and drink with daily specials! My whole family will be repeat customers!
The first time I tried this restaurant we waited nearly 2 hrs for our food. Upon advising them see had to go they said our food was ready. When they brought it out, half was raw/undercooked and the other half was cold. I swore I would never go back but recently heard they had new staff. I tried again using Doordash. My food looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. The tenderloin looked like it had been out for hours. It was cold and chewy. The only good thing about the meal was the $1.50 chips. The rest was inedible.save your time and money.
