I ordered 4 chicken tinder’s. I sat at the window for 32 minutes before leaving without my food. They brought a 2 piece and an extra 4 piece to the car behind me (they asked if that was my order). I could’ve killed a chicken, dressed it, breaded it, read it a story, played 3 games of Tik tak toe with it and had it out well before the 30 minute mark. Figure it out.

Doordashed from them at 2:07am that’s when the order was confirmed from Wendy’s, it is not 2:50am and my food is still not here dasher had just gotten it from them, this is ridiculous Wendy’s, and when I called to figure out where my food was/why it was taking so long and the guy hung up on me, poor customer service wouldn’t recommend if you’re hungry

I have a big family and we get mainly all our sandwiches plain. Half our sandwiches were made wrong. Took us about 3 times to get them corrected. After both managers wanted to get an attitude with me and the cashier all tho it was the cashiers first day up there. While the manager was standing there staring off in space she could have helped the cashier with the order knowing she was having trouble. But instead both managers yell at this poor lady. I will not be coming back and I wouldnt even recommend this job for anyone. The managers are horrible and not people friendly at all.

I ordered a taco salad and I thought they must have forgot the taco meat or chili. They said they have a new recipe and it doesn’t have any chili or meat! I showed the manager the ingredients listed for the taco salad online and she said I would just have to order a chili for $3.00 more! I didn’t and won’t be back there again. The key ingredient is listed as the chili, online! How can you claim that as a taco salad with no meat or beans and only the lettuce tomatoes tiny bit of cheese and dressing with tiny bits of tortillas chips?

I don't even know where to begin. The tomatoes were sad. The lettuce was a single 1 inch peice, it was funny when we opened the first burger to see this little Itty bitty piece. But then all 3 burgers. And the care, or lack of putting the burgers was on par I'd expect from the gas station food.. Basically I've had gas station food that's been better..
Understaffed it seems as always but food was out quick. Staff was super nice. Food was hot! Fresh never frozen! Kinda smells weird.

Why? Why have you pickled me again? Every time I ask for no pickles. Yet there they are. Like a slimy scab. It was amusing for some time. But then one day Wendys, you actually listened. For the better part of a year my words didn't fall on deaf ears. I let my guard down and stop checking. But at last, today you duped me. I got pickled. Why have you forsaken me. Why must I succumb to the brine?
