I went to the drive through and I asked for a drink and $1.97 hash brown order, he said “you want the loaded hash brown order” he put it on the screen and when I notice what it was the loaded order I repeated that I wanted the $1.97 hash brown order then he replied with “okay you can come to the window” when I got to the window to pay it was more expensive then usual and we where confused but I did get a new drink that I wanted to try so I didn’t think much of it thinking that the drink was expensive, he gave me my receipt and I checked it and he put the loaded hash brown order and he came back and I told him that we had told him previously that we didn’t want that and that we wanted the $ 1.97 hash brown order he then says it was our fault because that’s what we had order we asked if we can get a refund he then says no we don’t do refund I paid for something I didn’t want and got a attitude to he was acting like if he paid for it and not me.

Donuts from the chain vary in quality. This location has the best donuts I've had from Dunkin'.
I stop here almost every single morning on my way to work. The staff are incredibly kind. First dunkin I've had that's consistently good.

I don't understand the inconsistency in making a drink. I swear the same drink is different every time. My Carmel craze is either super strong or basically a cup of flavored milk. Just make it the same every time please.
