Jersey Mike's has a truly superior product, however this branch sucks. Skip the drive thru it takes forever and your order is wrong like 50% of the time!

Excellent fast service! Live roach in bathroom 🚻

After waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru (and watching people go in, get their sandwiches, and drive off), I backed my car up and left. If you can’t do an efficient drive thru…get rid of it.

This site has absolutrly no idea what they are doing. They dont answer the drive up, which barely works anyway. We waited almost 10min behind one car and one counter order. They repeated the order to us 3x, and still 1) forgot a sandwich 2) gave us the wrong sandwich and 3) made the third sandwich completely wrong. Get a damn clue!

I will say this, I read other reviews about service being slow and the owners response about working on improving service. Well improvement doesn’t seem to be a priority. I walked into this restaurant around 7 pm and there were no other customers in the building. I was greeted and asked what I would like. I made my order and was told someone in the back would make my order shortly but while I was waiting he would ring up my order for payment. I patiently waited for someone to make my order and while I was waiting a customer pulled into the drive through and placed an order for a hot sandwich. The order for the drive through was made and in the customers hand before someone finally came from the back and made my cold sandwich. Customer service is clearly not a priority, but they are sure to keep that tip recommendation on payment. Might have been an off night or close to closing possibly, but either way this location will be a pass for me in the future.

Amazing service! The employees at Jersey Mikes in Rantoul, IL were super friendly and adjusted to our changing schedule for needing 20 sandwiches made for our baseball team (rain delay). So many last minute changes and Jersey Mikes made it all work out great! Thank you so much!

I didn't even like subs until Jersey Mike's came to town. If you like a Philly, theirs is great. I recommend the club supreme, get it Mike's Way! Whoever was responsible for bringing this business to town, just thank you.

This was a great stop right off the interstate. The bowls we had were made with care and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and main restaurant area was clean. The bathroom were a bit sus. Overall we would come back here.

1st visit to this store. GREAT customer service near closing. Food was hot and fresh and the store was clean and cold(90+ degrees outside). 2 employees were keeping things moving. ?

The sista called me buddy. It didn't sound friendly to me, more sarcastic.
Then she put WAY too much oil and vinegar on my sandwich. WAAAAY too much.
