1st visit to this store. GREAT customer service near closing. Food was hot and fresh and the store was clean and cold(90+ degrees outside). 2 employees were keeping things moving. ?

The sista called me buddy. It didn't sound friendly to me, more sarcastic.
Then she put WAY too much oil and vinegar on my sandwich. WAAAAY too much.

Slowest drive thru anywhere. Stopped her twice in one week. First time was weekday, waiting in driver thru for 30 mins to get order and there was only one car in front of me. 2nd time was weekend and wasn't any better! 20 mins in line with only one car ahead. Now, I can appreciate a little wait for fresh made sandwiches, but seriously!! The driver through is blocked by curb and parking for Starbucks, so it's not like you can even leave. Stay away from here if you are wanting fast food.

1 employee making the subs was very slow. Did not listen to the customers requests. Got mouthy with a couple of customers when they asked why he was being so slow. Had to repeat what I wanted on my sub repeatedly.

4 times that I have gotten subs here. 20 plus minutes to get your sub there thru the drive thru when there isn't a single person in line. How is this possible?

Very skinny guy has zero empathy, rude. They got my order wrong at least 3 times.

The subs taste good, except ones.

Our local store is GREAT! I enjoy the customer service, fun food preparers, and freshly-made sandwiches.

Stopped by here 3 times now. All 3 have been great. One sub was wrong this time, but it was in a way that we could still eat it and everyone was happy. Also, they’re one of the only places in Champaign county that >I< know of that still serves Stubborn Cream Soda. (Red Lobster even stopped selling it). It is soooo good! Highly recommend the #4 I believe it is. 10:10. Will be back!

Very clean, nice employees they wash their hands after every customer and they wear gloves. Make sure customers are always leaving a tip when you see workers actually trying! That way we have a place we can always go back to and trust with handling our food. We all need to be more patient as well. If one or two people are working give them a break, they're trying Noone actually knows what's going on. So relax and enjoy the best sub around . ?

Drive through can be absolutely insufferably slow. I think i have been sat, ordered, and served at one of the local Mexican restaurants faster than my longest wait I've had here. Only eaten here 4 times and the subs are really good but not at all worth the wait and price for a cold deli sub sandwich. If your time is valuable you are better off picking a different option down the street. If not in a hurry its a pretty good sub.
