Nice people. Still fast service! But wow has anyone else noticed the sandwiches have shrunk?! They are half the width they use to be! They are also putting less meat on the sandwiches! I will not go there any longer.

We waited for over an hour for our food. After asking multiple times how much longer and watching others come after us and be served, they made our food and never said our name. So we waited an extra 20 mins because they didn't have the decency to tell us it was done. No apologies and no graciousness from them.
service is still fast & friendy but what have the corporate bozos done to the food quality? the bread is smaller, hardly any meat & cheese and all of it tasted low quality. I won't go back.

First off why are two sandwiches 40$ no sides no drinks. And cheese is 2.40 to add to a sandwich? Why lol. And the staff was confused and the bread was hard as a rock never going back there again.

I ate here during a soccer tournament and had good food and service, but was accidentally double charged. I let the store know and the owner reached out to me and made it right. Very good business. I’ll be back when I’m in the area.

The female that took our order was rude. She didn't greet anyone that she took orders from. I put my debit card in to pay and stood there waiting for her to do whatever she needed to do to process it. I finally had to say that it wasn't doing anything for her to pay attention. My order was wrong. I ordered a #12. There was no avacado spread on it. Very disappointed in this visit as I go here frequently and have never had an issue.

The employees here are never happy. They always seem like it's a bother that I'm there to order food. Today I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while two employees were carrying on a conversation and didn't acknowledge me. The only thing they said to me was what can I get for you and then the price. That's it nothing else.

Im in town for my grandfathers passing and placed an order with seven sandwiches for a pickup and received 6, one of which was incorrect and had ingredients that —I called the store to inform them and ask them to correct their wrongdoings and see if they could deliver the food since it was their mistake. This manager told us that they wouldn’t provide the food and that this wasn’t her problem. She began yelling over the phone, refusing to give me any information of her supervisor—simply that he wasn't available until tomorrow.This is the type of service you provide for people and the type of individuals you leave to have running your business?! Whoever she is needs to be let go immediately as she clearly doesn’t know how to conduct herself in a professional manner. I expect a FULL REFUND for this!
