The pizza puffs are wonderful. I also got a pizza and breadsticks. It’s the same as the other locations. Ordered was delivered quick and driver was sweet. So was it her or someone in the store that took a slice of my pizza because one was obviously missing when I opened the box. I don’t mind much. It’s just me so it’s mostly going to be eaten at left overs and I don’t mind sharing. Just ask next time.

Ordered online for pick up it was the only thing I had eaten that day with in one hour I was vomiting. Had to go to OSF and was told I had food poisoning. It was bad enough I missed 2 days of work/wages due to the ER saying I wasn't stable enough to work. I sent an email that has been ignored. That was on 3-12-24. First and last time going there.

Only 1-2 people working in there whenever it's busy, online orders get forgotten about, deliveries are always missing something, and they won't put sauce/seasoning on anything, even if you ask for it. Be prepared for employees to interrupt you and make you hold in the middle of ordering over the phone, then never pick up. Management obviously needs to improve their scheduling and staffing skills.

They said they ran out of dough, all managers were not on shift, I ordered an extra most bestest sausage and some hot wings. We got told the managers left them not know what to do. Then gave us a regular sausage pizza and very cold wings I watched sit out. I took the food and left. I want to know how to get my money back.Kid-friendliness: There was one worker he was very nice, he kept apologizing and said the managers left us without prep. I felt so bad for him to be honest he needs a raise. I would never work there!

Love this place. Don't like having to drive miles away to Champaign for this anymore I live in rantoul. It's amazing they opened one up here. So happy it's so close. Food is so good. Just hoping they have delivery set up!

Was there first day open the food amazing so are the workers .... They treat u with respect and was so good I came back the next day ... Employees are good.. that one guy in the dreads is really good... he remember me coming in and remember my last name when I said it... I will keep going back very very very good this is the one that just open in rantoul .... I am for sure gonna keep coming back there one of my fav places to eat pizza n the crazy bread omg is the best.
