We pulled through the drive thru with a small trailer because we have a dog in the truck and there was only one car in the drive through ahead of us. When the woman at the window asked someone behind her where we should pull up because we had a trailer (there was the one car in front of us and no one behind us) the other woman rolled her eyes. When I asked for the store number and her name (Wendy) she rolled her eyes again. Our drinks our drinks not even full and cold food anyway.

This place was nice several years ago. It's a dump now. Service is beyond slow, place is maintained sloppy. Workers just stand there doing nothing. With no one in the drive thru it was a 10 minute wait for a cheeseburger, medium fry and a large drink. After 10 minutes finally received order with cold fries and a burger that looked like it was put together eyes closed. Ordered on the app for pick up thur dive thur, checked in. Then at window 1 was not given receipt instead told I had no order and had not ordered. Even though completed order receipt was still displayed on phone

Constantly having wrong orders or something missing, drive thru line is extremely slow most of the time and getting watered down drinks by the time you get to the window for pick up

Went thru the tandem drive thru, was in and out in about 8 minutes. Fries were hot and Mc Rib was done as asked . Price with tax for McRib meal 11.44. Service was friendly and fast.
Asking my dog is a service dog? Yes completely ok. Asking what her tasks are? Also completely fine (although wasn’t asked this). Shouting it’s a doggy over and over again and bringing attention to a disabled person and their service animal and asking their manager why they can’t interact with my service dog. NOT OK. Please learn ADA rules and make sure your staff follows them. Ended up leaving and not placing an order. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

This McDonald's has got to be the most rudest place there is. Employee getting an attitude with customers and not letting them speak. I came here with my husband excepting to get pieces for our monopoly game. This does not end until 11/2/25. I don't understand how they can mislead people like that and then get an attitude with someone who is clearing trying to figure out what's wrong. He said they ran out of them. It's false advertisement and not fair. Two large big mac meals and no pieces. What a waste of a trip when I could have went to Labamba. This place needs help with customer service.
