I ordered a pizza tonight however my order was messed up. I called spoke to a manager told him the order was wrong. With no hesitation he looked my order up and said it will be remade with in 10 minutes. He even offered to deliver it which I declined because I wouldn’t want any other orders to be behind. I thought this was exactly how you should have handled this situation. Props to the team who was working tonight 2/20

Today was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. Usually it's wonderful so when we are in town we always stop in. Today there was literally one waitress for the entire restaurant. She was very sweet and did the best she could but we waited about 40 minutes to get our order taken. We got drinks about 10 minutes later. The salad should have been thrown out because it was slimy and brown in multiple locations. We ordered bread sticks which we didn't get until after the pizza and we asked multiple times. Today for some reason the pizza was not very good. The oven needs cleaned. Lots of black on the bottom of the crust. When I went to the counter to pay I noticed the kitchen was really dirty especially the floor. If I would have noticed that before eating, I would have left. I hoping this is a one time thing and believe me we were not the only dissatisfied customers, the dining room was full of them. I think we have eaten at this location for the last time.

We ate here for lunch. Ordered the all meat pan pizza and pepperoni pan pizza. It was DELICIOUS 🤤 the staff was very helpful and the best customer service we have had in a while.
Great pizza and friendly waitress! Was greeted by the Manager as soon as we walked in. Felt like a great family place. All staff seemed happy. We would return if I’m the area again.

The restaurant was set up really nice. There was an odd smell though. I figured it was different cheeses in the air mixed with cleaning products. Anyway, the cashier and server were nice, but the pizza was not good. I was expecting so much more. It almost tasted like a frozen pizza that had freezer burn. For those reasons, I will not recommend and won’t eat there again.
