This place is all about pizza and without a doubt, this is the most bland and unexciting pizza ever. No seasonings and the cheese was a very poor quality. They have lowered the cost for a large one tipping pizza from $19.00 to $10.00.

One of the craziest experiences ever, will never come back again. I just witnessed the general manager of the store get into a fist fight with a customer. The customer proceeded to throw all of the pizzas on to the floor that were ready to be picked up. The manager not only didn’t APOLOGIZE, but didn’t give any discounts on our pizzas after we watched our pizza fall on the floor and had to wait for them to re make it. Absolutely pathetic, unacceptable, and uncalled for. Never coming back again would not recommend this place. This all took place around from 7-7:30 Friday night October 10th

When I went they were SUPER busy and I did actually have a super long wait of like 40 minutes past the time it said it would be done. However there was only two employees working at the time (became 3 halfway through) and at least 10 people inside the store waiting for pizzas because they were understaffed. They were making the pizzas so fast and were super nice and apologetic for the wait to the point that I and most other people in the store didn’t mind waiting. When I did get my pizza it was PERFECT and tasted amazing with a good amount of toppings even though I’d requested a custom pizza with 6+ toppings they didn’t miss a single topping. I’m very impressed by the service and food. The girl working was absolutely fantastic and super nice and apologetic for the wait.

I used the app to order a Pizza online on my way home. For take out Pizza, it wasn't too bad. I used one of the online deals to save some money and got to try two different styles of pizza. Overall, it was good, but I'd probably choose another pizza company if I had other choices at the time.

Quit ordering papa John's years ago due to too much bad experience. Decided to give it another try and my past experience repeated itself. After standing in the lobby for almost 10 minutes was finally greeted. Ordered my food and was told it would be approximately 15-20 minutes. K went down the road to get some ice cream for dessert. Returned about 25 later only to be told that our food had just been put in the oven. Waited in the parking lot for it to be finished. So finally about an hour after we ordered we got our food. The manager seemed very disinterested in the running of this store. As a side note, I'm not in the food service industry but I found it very unsettling that not one single employee in there was wearing gloves while handling the food. I thought that was a rule in the food service industry, or at least good manners. But maybe I'm wrong. Overall was another bad experience and will not be returning to this store ever again.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered our food early in the day to be delivered at a certain time in the evening. When called 30 minutes after delivery time we were informed our food was still on the warmer, they don’t have a driver after 5 and DoorDash should hopefully be there soon. Also was informed that door dash had a few orders to drop off first and that we basically just dropped a good buck for over an hour late, cold pizza. Won’t be ordering from here again due to the lack of communication, and service from this company. No discount or refund was offered or given either for the inconvenience.

Waited over 30 minutes for my pizza. The crust was so tough a dry you couldn’t eat it. The sauce was at least an inch from the edge of the pizza. Asked for extra cheese didn’t see that either. No Canadian bacon as I ordered.
