I find it wildly strange and coincidental that as the second person in line, there before the store is open, that they were somehow immediately sold out of their seasonal mug. Obviously employees are hiding them for themselves, but there should at least be a couple available for customers? On top of that employees were rude when asked about their supply and overall not even remotely friendly when helping out for the rest of my order. An overall ridiculous and unprofessional experience.

Ordered a simple salted caramel cold brew. Watch the young lady fill the cup up with cold brew and my ice and start the cold foam. Then, she proceeded to go over to the register to take an order for a huge party that came in. 6 minutes later, my drink was still sitting there, so I asked a young girl working if she could please help me to get my drink and she rudely told me that she was busy and did not have time. She proceeded to make 6 drinks start to finishing for drive thru while my drink sat on the counter almost done. All it needed was the cold foam to be poured in and the lid put on it. I ended up looking at my drink for over ten minutes sitting there. The lady who started my drink took the big party's order, gave them 3 ice waters and warmed up a bakery item before she ever made her way to where I could ask for help. My drink was still sitting there, not done. I got her attention and asked if she could please help me get my drink ... only for her to rudely tell me that she was busy helping other people and would add the final touches. What a joke .. I used the mobile ordering app to order ahead, the store wasn't busy, and I still had to wait 15 minutes in the store for my drink. I looked at it for over 10 minutes not done and was rudely spoke to by 2 employees when I asked for my drink. I will be calling the store this week to speak to a manager and filing a complaint.

They will have you waiting all day without saying a word to you, a little communication goes a long way y’all acknowledge your customers and keep them engaged. You have a reputation to uphold by working at a Starbucks no matter what you’re used to.

I felt like she was arguing with me about what i was trying to order. Then when I questioned what was given to me, the woman at the window was also rude and didn’t care to listen to me, and said have a nice day, and shut the window and turned her back to me. I was not offered a receipt. I was there right before 9:30am on September 3rd if management cares to know. I wanted whipping cream vs half and half because I'm watching my sugar. It shouldn’t be up to some fast food employee to decide what is best for me. No. I didn't tip for a reason.

Ordered an extra hot beverage with no foam and got a luke warm beverage with extra foam. The barista also tried to up charge me when I didn’t ask for what was on the screen. She got an attitude when I asked to remove said charged item. Also ordered a coffee with cream and there was no cream to be found.

I ordered one drink. I was in the drive through forever. Longest wait I’ve ever had in any Starbucks drive through. If I didn’t need the caffeine so badly, I just would have left. Ridiculous.

Good clean very friendly. Drive through took way too long but I get the impression this a new location. I think they will be fine with time, they had the right attitude and cared. I was just passing through Rantoul, IL and needed coffee out of desperation. If I find myself on i57 and needing a pick me up. I will swing by again.
