I ordered one drink. I was in the drive through forever. Longest wait I’ve ever had in any Starbucks drive through. If I didn’t need the caffeine so badly, I just would have left. Ridiculous.

Good clean very friendly. Drive through took way too long but I get the impression this a new location. I think they will be fine with time, they had the right attitude and cared. I was just passing through Rantoul, IL and needed coffee out of desperation. If I find myself on i57 and needing a pick me up. I will swing by again.

The atmosphere and staff were nice. However the ice in my drink was barely blended and they forgot the drizzle on my other drink. Overall, it was decent.

The morning baristas there during the weekdays but how terrible the drinks and service is on the weekend is unreal. I did a mobile order that was suppose to be ready at 2.35 and wasn’t ready until after 3:00 just to have our drinks to come out disgusting. Couldn’t even drink them it tasted like burnt milk enthusiast no coffee what’s so ever.

Nice store, however they don't look completely at orders and service was very slow.
I recommended the banana walnut loaf because they are always out of the others.. everyday, like do they even order them? Or who does the order? I understand food cost and waste, but I also understand the importance of having what the consumer wants available. This has got to improve at this location!
The service at this Starbucks is great, but this location needs to improve quickly. I can't place online orders because the app and internet browsers don't recognize this store for ordering ahead and earning points. Every day, they run out of utensils, cups, cup tops, straws, or food before 10 am. It's a brand new location and the only one in town. If you want your drink divided into multiple cups because they don't have the right size, uncooked bacon in your breakfast wrap, or something as simple as a warm donut, then this is the place to go.

Starbucks is usually my old faithful, but here recently, I've changed my favorite drink to something different(from hot to cold). Every time, steps have been missed to make it correctly. Still my fave though.
