Stop by there Tuesday night. Not very busy. Order was correct this time ( their notorious for forgetting my cinnamon twist) tacos seem to be getting very Skippy on meat. While at the window waiting on our order with the window open the employees were joking around which is fine but foul language was being used. I know I heard the f- word at least once. Very inappropriate.

I'd give them a zero if I could. We had a huge order. $237 worth. We tried calling it in, nobody picked up the phone. Finally got the order through on the app, and the staff either lied to us, or didn't care enough to check and see that we wanted the order ready at 12, and not 10am. When I called and asked about it, they said "It didn't show up in their system". I have proof via email that we put it in at 12. We even called the restaurant the week prior and they said to just put it in the day off to avoid issues. Nobody even bothered to remake our cold food, compensate us in any way, or try to fix the problem. We are very upset and I will MAKE SURE to go out of my way to tell people to avoid that Taco Bell at all costs. I'll take my $200 elsewhere when catering food from now on.

I had 3 people pass me and one actually told another person I was in front and they just looked at me and went back to what they were doing then they noticed I put in an order on the self service machine … do they not notice when we do that or does the customer have to get on their case to do their job . Maybe just the wrong skin tone to get attention .

Love this Taco Bell! Employees are always nice and work as fast as they can. Saw a customer with a problem and 2 employees IMMEDIATELY fixed it. Restaurant is clean. Food is Taco Bell so don't expect it to be something else, however among the Taco Bells I've been to (many) this one makes it great.

No one would wait on us inside the restaurant. Staff looked at us standing at the counter and never acknowledged that we there. There was one person in the dining room and he was eating Jimmy John's. I could hear the conversations between staff loudly from the kitchen. Very rude staff. Will probably just make the drive to Taco John's in the future.

I just had the manager of this location jump out on me from behind the register and had to call the police on her!!! Horrible breakfast wrap they gave me and all I wanted was to get a fresh one. Manager gave me attitude and when I said this was fu&$ed up, she came at me like she was going to beat me!!! Let’s see how her Boss Gary handles this complaint!!!! I never had a problem till today and unfortunately bad employees lose customers!!

When this location first opened they were phenomenal but as time has gone on their service has slid a little, it's been difficult to get taco sauce, (check your bag before you drive off), for example. However, the staff has been good about order accuracy and I've only had an order made wrong once which the manager took care upon it being brought to his attention.

Store is clean and brand new. I am glad they finally were able to build a modern Taco Bell. The old building was okay, but this one is so much better. I don't wait very long when I place an order through the drive through. Very pleased.

Looks nice Externally as they seem to have renovated. However food..... it's a sub human quality.... this shouldn't exist as food. Beef Burrito is just like beef chili glop wrapped in tortilla... I specifically told them to grill it and they didn't do so.

Coffee is apparently unavailable at prime time dinner at 7:18 January 18 2020. Girlfriend ordered food. I did not. If a simple task of providing coffee or coffee machine maintenance is impossible I’ll certainly not be trusting them with preparing my food. Perhaps not the employees at fault here. Maybe the ceo should take a cut in pay and make sure the coffee machines work.

Food was excellent but the wait time in the drive thru is way to long. I waited from 11:32am to 12:06am befote i received my two Chalupa boxes. The cashier was overwhelmed and stressed. What would help is a portillo setup. Put a person in the drive-thru area to take orders in advance then the line will flow more smoothly. This needs to happen ASAP.
