For being the only fast food chain out of say 4 others in the area, it makes sense the service is not the greatest with no other competition. I placed an order through the app for pick up as I was driving through the area. Order was ready almost instantaneously, expectation high. Picked up order and checked bags and notice I was missing 2 whole meals and bag only contained my order of a single taco and very loose fries as though they didn't even put it in the cup. Went back to drive through and got the rest of my order. Eating at home and my Cheez It Supreme Wrap did not have the cheezit I was so excited to try since it's their new product and no meat and barely veggies, just cream. Wasted almost an extra hour of wait and drive back, along with cost of product. I hope taco bell will see my order in the picture and reach back as the app also doesn't allow customer contact as I was hoping for a refund for another missed item I didn't realize until I was already at home. Save your money and time with this taco bell in Rantoul Illinois.
The service at this location has improved significantly over the past two months. Working with customers in a fast food restaurant isn't easy these days, so I'm thankful for this development.
The past few times I ate here, the drive-thru moved quickly and smoothly, my order was correct, my food was hot, and the staff were friendly and pleasant.
I am far from home and I look for joy in simple things, like eating piping hot beans in my vehicle with the windows rolled up, listening to the wind and the birds outside. The bean burritos here have warmed by stomach, hands, and heart.

Overall food was fire drink not so much.by the time I got on the interstate my drink looked like this. Lol hard to see but the whole drink is ice

Food was good. Got nothing to complain about there, but service could be better. Seemed like the employees were hiding in the back. Waited for 10 Mins before I saw a employee just to get a small paper bag. The facility was clean but it sounded like someone was playing their music over the speaker system in the building. Some songs were explicit in lyrics, now don't get me wrong. I didn't mind the music but, parents of younger children might.
