This pizza is trash just ordered take out whoever like this pizza don’t know what good pizza is pizza don’t look done crust soft as ever but it cool another restaurant I will never go to again

The lobby is closed, no dine-in, but the food was done in about 20min from order to pick up. The pizza is always good , fresh onion, and crust was firm, but not like a cracker.

Just a order or tomato bread, when I got there said wasn't ready, no problem, she came out with order a minute later, even when I took container, it felt cold, but shd have been very hot if just done, live 2 mins away and opened, it was ice cold, cheese not even melted, ! Won't be back this Aurellios has gone so done hill!

I’ve been a regular customer and normally order from your location because it’s close to me, but I had a very disappointing experience today. My order was completely wrong, so I called to speak with the manager, Jason. Unfortunately, he was extremely rude and even hung up on me during our call.

When I called back, he accused me of being rude, but I explained that I was just upset because my order was incorrect and I couldn’t return to the store since my car is currently in the shop. Despite that, he showed no empathy or effort to resolve the issue.

As a result, I ended up paying for a pizza I never received, and the lack of professionalism from management made the situation worse. I hope this matter is addressed so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

HORRIBLE!!! I bought a slice and when I got home it looked and tasted old and like it came out of the garbage can. Will never go here again.

I don’t know what has happened, but the quality of food at this location has went down terribly. This is the second bad pizza I’ve had. I won’t be returning. I’ll go to the original one in Homewood from now on. Avoid Richton Park

Wednesday night is Pizza Night at our house and we always pick up a pizza from Aurelio's in Richton Park. It's always a very good one and so we return every Wednesday.

I have previously ordered taco pizza in Homewood and it was excellent. I just had pizza from Richton Park. The taco pizza was much too salty. I am not pleased and the cost was $30.

I don't know if the dining room is ever opened but they get good business, pizza smells very good, and Staff are real decent folk. Some nights are a rush, others tough. And sometimes it's just slow. Good place for good pizza.

I have an order from my Aurelio's in a little bit it's probably been about 6 months I heard today same thing I always get to meatball sandwiches the little extra sauce on the side and I asked for two Ginger ales cuz I'm not feeling well it was $36 I was like what and I called back and asked him why it was so much and I guess the sandwiches must have went up but on the website they didn't put the price increase on the menu a manager or whoever work there is nice
