I order from this location often however this time, THEY HANDED me the wrong pizza. I politely called back and let them know…the manager began to SCREAM in the background telling me to bring it back and pretty much that I was lying etc. He continued yelling and blasting me and the guy that was assisting me on the phone as if I’d done something wrong. I no longer wanted the pizza and will no longer patronize them. His behavior was beyond unprofessional. Demanded my money back and they are losing a great customer. So sad.

Worst Aurelio’s I’ve ever had from the pizza sauce to the crust it taste nothing like Aurelio’s and the mozzarella sticks are hard over cooked or re-warmed in the microwave 0 stars

We always order pickup here. It’s pricey but good quality and always makes quickly end correctly. I’d you save the perforated shields on the box they’re worth $1 each and you cab save them to use as coupons toward future purchases. Staff are always friendly.

Heard some people love the Pizza here so decided to give a try. I Ordered a large cheese stuffed sausage pizza. I did not know that, that would make it a deep dish type loaded with way way way way too much sauce. I'm talking it was soup but not because it wasn't cooked because of the marinara bucket poured on top. It was like eating soupy lasagna just not something I would of ever ordered or will order again it was also $40. . . Not worth that at all. I guess maybe I have to try their thin crust or something if I ever try it again. Gross

Spent 70.00 on 1 large & 1 medium pizza at Aurelio's "FAMILY" Pizzeria on Ridgeway & Sauk Trail in Richton Park, & so distrubed that they wouldn't allow my nephew to use the restroom as we waited outside in the car for our 30 min food prep time. The staff said his manager, (a middle aged Caucasian guy named Jason), wouldn't allow it. Still, the young man sympathetically stepped away to ask permission from him; I could audibly hear the manager staunchly disapproving from the take out window. The staff at the window was a kind & apologetic young man, but his manager doesn't know the meaning of courtesy for someone who patronizes his Family establishment. They always do this in predominantly Black neighborhoods. I am a Veteran born & raised in America, but discriminating takers like him don't make my family and community feel appreciated for the money we spent at a place that just wants our hard earned money.

Parking: Lot empty.

Kid-friendliness: Not at all kid friendly, uf anything: kid-opposed, & very, very likely Black kid-opposed.

Just not a regular pizza. Seems like they use cheddar cheese or something.

Employee seemed bothered when asked how big pizza slice was. They had no clue how to show me how big a slice was(could have literally showed me a piece). Was trying to judge to see if I had to buy multiple pieces. When I got the pizza it was undercooked, greasy as could be, tasted off. I’ve had better pizza from a gas station in all honesty. Pizza went straight in the garbage after a couple bites.

Aurelios pizza is always delicious! I especially love the mushroom, onion, and green peppers. I haven't been inside to check out the atmosphere which I gave 4 stars. I picked up my pizza through their drive-thru window. This was the only thing that I really didn't like about the service. Sometimes you need to go inside, which is what I'm accustomed to doing at the other pizza restaurants. So, that's four stars for service. Overall, I love the taste of Aurelios-Richton Park pizza!

Vegetarian options: Fresh salads, veggie pizzas for those vegans who eat cheese, and pasta.
