Customer service sucked! They didn’t have any spoons… we ordered ice cream … how do you run out of spoons—- there’s a dollar general right down the street why not go get some spoons….

I am impartial because I love ice cream. I am not even suppose to do lactose but I must have my ice cream. This baskin Robbins is closest to me and I hope it stays open and running no negative issues there and hope I never have 1!

stopped at this location because i fogot a birthday cake for my grandaughters 8th birthday walked in and saw the cooler empty with no cakes. Jared an employee was lind enough to assist me in getting a cake i needed from the back every store should have an employee like him. Thanks you Jare
