The vibe was great, the food was good but a bit salty, the music was good as well but too loud .. the waitress could barely hear us. I wouldn't recommend to come to this place to do business or have conversation only for a party vibe because you will be hollering the whole time

It was an ok experience I don't have to go back. I didn't like that my seat was located by the buffet table. Therefore I kept getting bumped by the people in line. The food was ok my grits was too runny the macaroni was too runny as well. IT was two of us the the bill was $100 and we didn't drink.

The food is not the best. The spinach dip did not have multi colored chips & it was giving 4/10. The Mac & Cheese 3/10. The fried chicken was hot & fresh, but had zero seasoning & it tasted weird, almost as if it wasn't clean properly before cooking. I had a party of 2 & was seated at the high top. Very uncomfortable, both the chair & table was leaning and rocking. It's the first table on the right. Immediately took the value down. Yams & red beans were decent 6/10. The fried catfish was the best thing, only it was wet from setting on a bed of lettuce. SMH! The strawberry margarita was delicious 8/10, but they served it in a plastic dollar tree clear cup. They have a lot of work to do. Low staff & service is beyond lacking especially charging 18% gratuity on the bill. The food took a long time to come out & we never received a refill. I also didn't like how the man would come out and watch guest eat to see the reaction to the food. We definitely noticed him. & we waiting 20 mins just to get the bill and pay.

Horrible service. I spent $16 on food with a $4 tip. I waited and hour never got my food. Then they give me cold food ans only refundes me $16. Worse experience ever

This was my 2nd time visiting BEA's, and let me say this this visit topped the 1st experience! From the moment I walked in til the time we left nothing but top notch hospitality. Jaye our waitress was thee BEST! Very attentive very accommodating and very friendly! Food hot and fresh a 10/10!! From the seasonings to the presentation the food was top tier. VIBE CHECK! The DJ made sure the vibe was vibing the entire 90 mins we were there. The entire staff was a vibe! Drinks: BEA's Homicide was my drink of choice and baby when I say a must try! It's a must try!! We visited for my sisters bday and they were so lit they gave shots and cake and bottle girls ALL for my sister. I had such an amazing time today and Jaye made sure we were served without any issues. We decided to make this our Saturday brunch spot moving forward because it was just that damn dope of an experience. Bea's Kitchen and Kocktail is a must visit don't hesitate to try them out and when you do, I promise you won't be disappointed!?? Signed Love 42 ✌?

I try to support small businesses, especially black owned establishments. However, as a business owner myself, note that this bar has terrible customer service and policies that don't support the business. We arrive at 4:10 pm, with a closed sign in the window and an empty parking lot. They have a 90 minute seating limit which is inconsistently enforced. Happy Hour is from 4-6, bingo starts @ 5:30 according to the website. People began coming in around 4:45 pm. The bingo team arrived at 6. I was told we had to pick either happy hour or bingo because you can't have both with the 90 minute limit - even though we stayed long enough to see others sit unbothered well past their 90 minute window. Though they weren't packed, and we were told we could stay but may be moved to another area if the table was needed for another reservation, in an unprompted fashion, was told by the floor manager we'd have to go if she needed the table (a second time) and they still had 4 tables open with no one waiting. This my second time here and I had the same experience both times. The best thing about this bar is the wings and bingo/bingo lady. She's hilarious. Outside of that, it's just a place to grab a drink.

Upon entering the ambience, music and decor were very inviting. It was an adult brunch vibe, not like a nightclub. We were seated immediately, but Noone came to great for almost 10 minutes. We had to summon a server. She was polite and apologetic, gave us water and sent KALA over. KALA saved the visit from start to finish... We ordered drinks, changed a drink order because we weren't pleased. Had to request full sized forks as 2 of us were given small salad forks. Ordered food received the wrong food. Got the right food, it was good...Really good!! Received our bill, charged for using credit card and 20% gratuity was included. $10 was deducted for completing survey. Got home to review bill further. ( we were celebrating so we didn't want to hanker over a bill during brunch) Realized that we were charged for a drink that we were not served. With the $10 off we were over charged $5. I don't like that!! KALA our server did her best to right the wrongs. But she couldn't make up for all of the hiccups. Music and food were GREAT! Service and wait staff, not so great. GRATUITY should be paid based on quality of service not as an additional fee. There were only 4 of us. Fortunately ,the honored was happy! I don't believe that I'll be returning. Even tho the Salmon croquettes were a 10... I'm afraid I'll be more disappointed.

I was highly disappointed with this experience and will not return. We made more than one reservation since we had 9 people attending a birthday celebration. We were the second guests to arrive when the restaurant opened. I explained to them that we had more than one reservation and asked if they could sit us together or close together. They said no immediately. I asked why if we're practically the only people here at this time? They still refused and said you all will be apart. I'm like the other guests wouldn't know where their table is...long story short the table next to us remained available the full time of our visit. The table behind us was put together for a large party and was never occupied our full time visiting. The food was okay but it wasn't much variety imo. They ran out of spoons for the shrimp and grits and when I informed the worker he brought out a spoon for me. My sister then had to ask for a spoon and so on. Why not just fill the spoons? I also explained to the workers that I've been to multiple restaurants with more than one reservation and explained to them when we arrived that we were together and they moved things around where we could be near or with each other. What's crazy is my table had 6 seats. The worker asked another worker to remove one. We had a total of 9 people so if they had left the one seat and left the vacant table next to us as is all 9 could've sat together. I took pictures but it's not even worth posting because I won't be back.

The vibe was everything and the food was nothing short of amazing along with a nice variety of drinks. I love how friendly the staff was and even Bea came around to check on people and see if they were satisfied with their service. Keep up the good work and can't wait to come back soon!!

Absolutely loved everything about this place, the staff was amazing and the food was great, will definitely be returning, DJ was shouting bday shoutouts and host even said my name, really made my bday start right

The place is nice to have fun with your friends. Full bar options were nice; drinks were potent. I did not like the brunch options but the shrimp and grits were amazing. Staff were busy but we had a ball.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I've been on several occasions and it hasn't disappointed once. The servers are always extremely friendly, the DJ makes sure the place is dancing and the bartenders are heavy handed!! The food is AMAZING, some of the best fish I've ever had. Go try for yourself, you'll be happy you did!!

I love it here! Second time coming, everyone I bring ends up coming back! The vibe and energy from everyone is amazing every time! The drinks weren't as good this time since Ms. Tee wasn't there but everything else was great!

The restaurant was very nice and the red beans and rice is amazing omg. Staff was respectful but fun. The owner came and met everyone very nice lady. Giving this restaurant a 5 out of 5 I will be going again

I was so excited to try this place out with my father for Fathers Day but very disappointed in it . GRATUITY WAS CHARGED TO A TABLE OF 3 individuals, WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THE GRATUITY EITHER . THEY CHARGE ALMOST $10 MORE FOR USING A CARD AGAIN WAS NOT TOLD BEFOREHAND . Also I knew it was buffet style on Sundays but buffet from what I remember is you getting as much food as YOU want and serving yourself we were served the minimum amount of food , yes it was as many plates as you'd like but still not what I expected. My drink was wrong but it was still good .
