Went for St Patrick's Day... Love supporting my ppls business but here are some comments for betterment... Drinks were decent and the food was good.. But the "menu" was written on a ripped piece of paper, the bartender tried to slide an extra drink on my tab and the next day I had 2 extra charges on my card that were unauthorized..I haven't reached out about it but I honestly think they did it on purpose and was banking on ppl being too drunk to remember so they can have it but I probably won't be back. I hope they raise the bar and become better in the near future

The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, but the music from the DJ was way too loud! Patrons could not hear/talk with each other, and definitely had a difficult time communicating with staff. I love the idea, but the volume of the music should be assessed to make it more enjoyable. Now to the food. It was average, nothing fancy or super delicious. For $34.99, there was variety, but lobster, salmon patties, etc. was an upcharge. Experience was average to poor mostly due to the noise level. Again, concept is great, just need to assess overall customer base and needs for all.

Great food, considering it was buffet style. Fresh servings. Improvements: Bloody Mary's should be an offering. Personally, I understand the cost controls (Plastic serving and eating utensils, plates and drink ware) but, I would like to see glassware and plates at a minimum. Again, great food, great ambiance. Wish them well, would go back.

Made a reservation a week in advance, got there and was seated in the back room. Was told by the owner that Open table open table chooses the seating and I thought that was weird when people who didn't have reservations (regulars) had preferred seating in the main room. Server came in and took my order but my food never came by the time she came back and we told her, it was almost time to go and it didn't make sense to put an order in then. The vibe was cool, and the DJ was nice. I'd love to come back to taste the actual food and enjoy the activities from a room where I can actually see what's going on.

I enjoyed my first time at Bea's K&K and I will go back again. I went to Sunday brunch. The food was delicious and I liked the variety. The cocktails were also good. I met the owner and she was very nice. The waitstaff was great! Some things that they should consider are: 1. The music was very loud and prohibitive to table conversation. The place is small and people were attempting to dance between the tables which was not pleasant for lunch. 2. They added 18% gratuity to the bill for a party of 2 at a buffet. The server only bought a drink to our table. 3. The fee to use a credit card was also added to the bill. Had I known there was a fee, I would have had cash. 4. Dessert was store bought mini poundcake slices and fruit. Homemade dessert would have been nice. 5. Drinks were overpriced. I paid $15.95 for a regular size margarita and $12.95 for a small wine glass size sangria. For two people, I paid $131 for brunch and 2 cocktails (one each person). That was pretty steep and overpriced.

The experience was nice , live dj , nice decor but the food was disappointing! I took one bite both me and my gf and left the whole plate of food behind. My gf order salmon jerk pasta - salmon was barely cooked, pasta was a mess . I had a surf and turf lamb and lobster tail - lamb was edible, lobsters was not I don't think it was cooked it was like I had a bite of jello fish in my mouth I spit it right out . The best thing about this experience was the dj and the drinks . I ordered the margarita flights.

Overall, this is a hidden GEM it's a nice vibe and I will definitely recommend and return. We went on a Friday so the music was nice just a bit loud not the atmosphere for a first date. The strawberry lemon martini was definitely a hit.

This place is definitely somewhere to try. We were seated by who we later found out was the owner. The food was amazing and the drinks were too. We enjoyed the vibe. The music was definitely enjoyable and the atmosphere was mature.

The scenery was nice great music and drinks but definitely over priced for food that was not tasteful at all the wait for the food was ridiculous the food was terrible the drinks we order was mixed up I asked for a frozen margarita and they brought me what ever my husband asked for frozen and what my husband asked for was frozen and he wanted his on rocks then after eating into the nasty macaroni the bottom of it had greens all in it as if the dish was used before we didn't order any greens . Then the worse we booked are table about five days before Valentine's to get a call two hours before to tell us if we still wants to come and enjoy ourselves for the night we would have to pay an additional $30 per person for a comedy show.. just one bad experience and would NOT recommend but thanks Very disappointed

It's a vibe! From the food to the service, this place is definitely a hidden gem! Took my Dallas Sista here and fell in love with the delicious waffles and the scrumptious and savory lobster and grits!! Will, our bartender and waiter, suggested that we try out the lamb chops as well. They were off the chain, too: cooked to fall off the bone perfection! We washed all of this goodness down with some strong-handed strawberry margaritas. The live dj set the mood as he played all the tunes that kept us humming and tapping our feet! If you're looking for a great brunch spot to kick back wth your friends or family, check them out!

This is a cute little spot in Richton Park located off of I-57 expressway. It is in a strip mall. I have visited twice. Once on a Saturday and once on a Sunday for the Brunch and unlimited mimosas. Bea's opens at 11:00. On both instances, we arrived at 12:00. Both visits, it was freezing inside at that time. The heat must get turned off overnight, and they do not have the heat turned on early enough to prepare for customers' arrivals. It was so cold that I kept my gloves on until my food arrived and kept my winter parka on the entire time, even while eating! The decor is simple but cute. It is a small place but has a bar, booth seating, and table seating. They also have a DJ spinning popular R&B music on both Saturdays and Sundays. The waitress was friendly. She told us about other weekly events, such as Drunk BINGO and Comedy Night. We ordered the unlimited mimosas on my Sunday brunch outing. While I noticed our water was served in plastic cups, I didn't expect the mimosas to be in plastic. Let me also add that the food was also served on plastic plates with plastic forks for the brunch, too. For the pricing, glassware and silverware should be considered. All of this being said, I must say that the food was scrumptious and well seasoned. For the lunch outing, we had Salmon Croquettes and the Catfish & Grits. Both were delicious! I even ordered an additional piece of fish because it was so good! On the Brunch outing, I ate everything! Fried chicken, catfish, waffles, eggs, potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and more. All was so well-seasoned! It's small, so don't expect ample seating. But, if they turn the heat on and serve food in glassware/silverware, this place would have far greater accolades.

I enjoyed EVERYTHING about this place! The owner was welcoming, the DJ was awesome, security was good AND the barmaid Neka was the bomb! It was six of us and we all had a great time. We will be back!

Went here on a friday night with 3 of my girls. According to their website, it was supposed to be comedy night from 7pm-9pm, but when we pulled up at 7pm, it was one car in the parking lot and a couple walking out. Mind you, the night before I drove by, and it was popping because of Drunken Bingo night. So for the entire time we were there, only one party of three ladies came in. There was also no comedian. We went in and got seated and given water and a chance to look at the menu. Two of us ordered lamb chops (which were deliciously seasoned but mine was undercooked for medium well - no biggie) with yams and mac and cheese. My friend's was sent back because the mac and cheese were dry, and both of her sides were cold. When brought to their attention, they quickly rectified the situation and replaced the sides for BOTH meals, which came out pipping hot. The other two had the porkchops (one baked and one fried). The fried had to be sent back because of a food allergy. But once again, they rectified the situation and brought her out baked pork chops with no issues. The cook came out and JOKINGLY gave my friend a "hard time" for sending her food back, but it was all love...we laughed and he made sure everything was ok. All in all, besides a few issues, the food was good and the customer service was great. The place is quaint but pretty with todays R&B playing in the background. It was a little cold in there so we had to keep our jackets on while eating. If you're looking for a crowd, go on Sundays for brunch or Thursdays for Drunken Bingo. I'm pretty sure on those days, it will be a wait because of it's size. But I'll definitely be back!
