Beggars Pizza - Richton Park

A very well run operation. Ordered pizza for pick up on New Year's Eve & when I arrived, this place was jumping!! Paid for my order and cashier told me it would be out of the oven in 5 minutes. Lots was happening so, 20 minutes later guy with an apron calls my name and I step up to the counter. 'We didn't make your pizza right, gotta redo it'. He apologized sincerely & offered to have it delivered so I didn't have to hang around. I accepted (no big deal, it's pizza, stuff happens, grace, all the good stuff!) He's then waived the purchase price for the pizza! I've seen this in situations where the customer was ranting or creating a scene etc but, rarely because it shows appreciation for the patron. I am a 'brand loyal' person. If they treat me right, we good! I will continue to support Beggars Pizza because they treated me as a valued customer. Great job

The customer service is horrible. I hate bad customer service. Do better. Nobody chose that job for you but you! Now, at least do it with a smile. 🤦‍♀️

Ordered a medium deep dish pizza half cheese half sausage. Was told it would be 1 hour for delivery. After 1 hour 30 minutes called to check on status and was told it was in route. 2 hours after ordering I received the delivery. The pizza is burnt and has puddles of grease. When I called to speak with a manager, Oscar said they could remake the pizza and take the one I received back but I would have to wait another hour. The only other option he offered was a discount towards another pizza.

This is not the quality that beggars is known for. My father used to work for Beggars and it was never like this.

I would not recommend this location at all.

We customized a Hawaiian pizza and everyone loved it. I just wish the they had thinner crust options. Always like that they put plenty of cheese on the pizza so I don't have to order it with extra cheese.

Everytime I go through drive thru I’m met with a passive aggressive, nice/nasty attitude from a young Hispanic woman. I order 2 pizza slice and asked for crushed peppers and cheese. She quickly and rudely said it was in the bag but only gave me one each. When I ordered 2 slices of pizza! The food is great but the customer service is bad

One of the best pizza spot in the south suburbs. Heavy on the cheese and the sauce is fire. I appreciate the coupons though the mail. They help with the orders. I can eat a large by myself. It’s that good. They even have a drive thru for late pickup.
