I was missing an item from my order, when I called and mentioned it and requested a refund I was ignored and hung up on. I called back and asked for the gentleman's name and they joked and was rude! They are EXTREMELY RUDE, IGNORANT, and UNPROFESSIONAL. A bunch of clowns ?!!

I was impressed with the service and tasted of my Domino's Pizza, I really like the garlic taste on the product. I will definitely be stopping back in the Richton Park location again.

Very Unprofessional and ignorant. Asked for the manager and the guy said his name was Antione. He must not be aware that the manager’s information is on the website and it said his name is Jack. I asked if the order was out for delivery but he tried to give me the run around because they clearly messed up and placed two orders on my account. After an hour the order was still not out even though they told me on the phone it would be 15 min. I canceled the order and asked for their cooperate number and he gave me an obviously fake number. Really seems like a scam to me they’re trying to get over on people.

The food is great and christian is great but the issue I do have is this location opts out of 90% of deals while every single other location honors them and they seem to get orders wrong, one of my Philly cheesesteak's were like rock solid. My brother ordered a pizza and 2 Philly cheesesteak's he got a pizza that looked mangled he got 1 Philly cheesesteak and 1 order of wings....

The food is always great. Employees are very nice, especially Danny. I am a senior citizen and he helped me so much as far as placing my order on line and everything. This is a real good Domino's. The food is great.

I opted for outside the door pickup; the kid scolded me for being 5 minutes late to pick up my order! he was pleasant enough but made sure I understood I was late! don't want to jam up the pizza machine. I promised to do better next time. at least the kid cares about his job!btw the pizzas were delicious, a spinach and feta thin crust and a meatzzza hand tossed. I admit to feeling guilty about enjoying domino's pizza

We just ordered a pizza. Showed the delivery driver confirmation of the payment through our bank account. The pizza wouldn't have even been delivered if the card payment didn't go through!! Yet we called the manager and he wouldn't give us the pizza, it was right in front of us, paid for.... worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life.
