This has been my go to DD for 6 years and the customer service has been on and off friendly, but for the most part friendly. Most of the time my coffee is on point, including the caramel signature latte on ice. My husband and I stopped over the weekend and ordered our regulars med hot coffee and medium signature caramel latte on ice. Mr. Patel who was taking the order repeated our order incorrectly 4 times and kept asking hot or ice. My husband repeated the order and specified on ice. After 4 times Mr. Patel screamed through the inner com HOT OR ICE!!? It was so loud and it scared both my husband and I. When we made it to the window to pay, my husband asked about the guy and the girl called him. Mr. Patel became upset as well as my husband and Mr. Patel stated he had already asked 4 times hot or ice. So I guess he feels that gave him the right to yell through the inner com. He also didnt take our order the young lady had to put in our order. We've encountered other rude employees in the past, but this guy was the worse. I will be taking my business to the Monee location. They seem to have better customer service at that location.

Best tasting Dunkin Donuts around. In the morning, the line is super long so order in the app for a faster trip. After the morning rush, you can pretty much get in and out without too much of a wait. Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. 😋

I recently visited the Dunkin’ location in Richton Park and ordered an iced cappuccino and a regular iced coffee. The iced coffee appeared unusually dark, so I politely requested a remake or exchange. The dunkin employee declined, so I’ve just placed another order. Subsequently, I overheard employees conversing in another language, making remarks about my request, seemingly assuming I couldn’t understand them. This behavior struck me as unprofessional and not reflective of good customer service. The Indians that work there are very rude in richton park dunkin’. In contrast, I’ve consistently experienced better service at the Matteson Dunkin’ location and would recommend it over the Richton Park store.

3 times coming to this location. All 3 times my beverage is horrible. Hot chocolate too thick , hot black tea too sweet, hot chai latte too thick and it didn’t even taste like a chai AT ALL.

Coming here can either be good one day or bad the other day. Majority of the time I been here my coffee is never made right and tastes nasty. When i ask for cream, you can tell they don’t change or stir their coffee well because the coffee is still dark even when adding cream or it taste stronger than the flavors. They don’t add all the flavor you ask for and sometimes they rush you out of line without greeting or just always in the rush. I can tell whenever i get my coffee, they don’t care how it’s made as long as it look how it suppose to look and that’s what make it nasty. This Dunkin is not how it use to be and they literally rush all their drinks.
