The customer service is pretty slow and when I went the food had no flavor whatsoever. I had to add salt, sugar, cheese, pepper etc to everything I ordered. I went with my family and we tried a lot of stuff. My family ended up leaving a lot of their food and didn't even take it to go. I do believe they have gotten new management and new menu items since I've gone so perhaps the food has gotten better. I may go back again eventually when they are open again or maybe I'll try another location.

Please update your website. It states that you are open Sundays until 5pm when in fact you are closed. It was very disappointing to drive all the way there and you weren't open.... We checked your website in advance (it said open Sundays).We attended an event not far away wanted to do lunch at Flavor prior. The bar room establishment next door offered to serve us but had only one thing on their menu being just a bar. Your phone isn't taking MESSAGES the mail box is full. Update the website! Thanks

I remember when they were open on Vollmer Rd. you could hardly get into the place on any day ; times have changed and so had the quality of food and service. $20 for 1 filet of Cajun catfish Mac and Cheese and greens . You used to get 2 filets and a corn cake ; not anymore and the greens were sugary not to mention a shorter menu. I hope they bounce back. Forgot to mention 5 slices of fried green tomatoe For 10 bucks . That's one whole tomato for 10 buck.Fix the greens and the portions and you can get 5 stars. If it ain't broke don't fix it

So the menu says two pieces of fish come with the meal. I get home and there's only one piece per order. I paid for two @ $18 a plate. No biggie, I'll call and let them know and just pick it up when I order again. Right? WRONG!! Israel, the person that took my order in the restaurant and answered the phone proceeds to tell me "oh, we only give one because the pieces are bigger." No, for real, he really said that. That was the first and last time I patronize this black owned business. Basically I paid for it but because they determined the size said I only deserved one

Just received the most subpar, disrespectful service!!! The so-called assistant manager, Kyra, was very rude and disrespectful!!! I ordered a peach sangria, in which I have ordered before. However, this time the sangria included some kind of seasoned biters. I sent my sangria back and was told it would be removed from my bill. In the end, they refused to do so. The so-called assistant manager was very rude!! Never again!!!

Very nice n laid back. I'm sure the staff n management knew today was Mothers Day so why they didnt have ghe big room available is beyound me but great service thanks to Jada the server. She made sure the kkds n everyone was ok n it was about 17 of us njce job Jada over all nice experiments food was great chicken as advertised boom everything was good. I will be back

Worst customer service. Nobody greeted us. We stood and waited thinking we were going to be seated. Never got seated. Even another lady before me had to beg for a table to get cleaned so that her family could sit down. No one was there to clean tables either. And apparently seemed to only have one cook in the back. I place a $60 order for my mother & I on a Saturday afternoon. The wait for in cafe dinning was 1 1/2...not an issue. We asked for our order to be to go...order placed at 356pm...it is now 452pm and we are still awaiting our order. The workers are very nice, but the customer service is horrible. Cleaning chemicals place on the bar visible to customers and near drink straws...WE NEED TO DO BETTER. I live in Naperville and came all the way out here to visit my mother & was told their food was good. WILL NOT RETURN.
