Richton Park is the worst location, the food quality and taste are extremely poor!!!! I spent $187.00 for a small pan of oxtails, they were disgusting!!! Calumet City and Country Club Hills only for my family’s holiday catering needs, those locations never disappoint.

The front lady was so rude when I called to make an order. I could already tell she had an attitude, I placed an order on my lunch break and when she said 20 minutes I realized my break is not long enough. As soon as we got off the phone I immediately called back to cancel and told her I’ll just come and get a beef patty since I was told by her (previously) & saw for myself in the past that the beef patty’s are already made. She immediately got an attitude rasied her voice and said “ YOUR BEEF PATTY WILL BE MADE WITH YOUR ORDER”. I raised my voice back and told her I’m still canceling … My plan was to still come get a beef patty but she made it seem as if she couldn’t give me one if I didn’t keep my order. My order had not been made already because I canceled it immediately after I made the order. She basically tried to hang up real fast. She needs to do better because I was a loyal company but they won’t get my business anymore talking to me like that . And acting like that.

When I walked in and the place look liked they haven’t cleaned the lobby in years was my first concern second I didn’t smell any aroma of cooked food third when got home to eat what I ordered everything was unseasoned no flavor at all I couldn’t even finish it otherwise I would have been sick to my stomach I wasted $25 dollars when my first instinct was to eat something at home never again will I patronize this business Threw The Entire Tray Away!!!!!!!!

I didn't like the jerk chicken. I got the half white. It didn't taste seasoned. The macaroni was bland. The cabbage was ok. The plantains were good. The sauce was salty. I wont be returning.

A friend of mine’s took me here and I enjoyed it! The atmosphere is warm and hospitable. The ladies working behind the counter was VERY nice ? The food was soooooo delicious ? I thought I didn’t like Jamaican food but this place made me reconsider. I will put my people on to this place. It’s full of flavor. Not salty. Not too spicy. Just perfect. I tried the oxtail lunch with yams and cabbage. Everything was perfect. Will be back.
