They barely call out to let people know orders are ready, your going to be waiting whether you go in or through drive through, order is never accurate and they don't pick up on phone call. Their truly lazy attitudes toward the job makes it the worst place, I'd rather order Starbucks mini sandwhiches then even get a water from this place. The staff needs to improve, especially at night before this place is worth a mcflurry price.

Used the drive thru a few moments ago, the lady who took my order was nice, but the last window lady who gave me my food had a TERRIBLE attitude. I asked for ketchup and she rolled her eyes and threw it in my hand. She was a light skin, heavier set woman with light brown locs. I hope to never encounter her again as her attitude was very off putting.

One person ruined it for me. This is a pretty good McDonald’s to go to if you want good FAST food but I am really sick of young people and their lack of training. If you are busy or on break I can understand that, but when someone is talking to you it is good customer service to atleast acknowledge that you have heard the customer.
Too many times I come into a place and the employee completely ignores me when I say “excuse me”. It’s always a kid. This needs to change in a lot of places. Sorry McDonald’s but the straw broke the camels back in your location. Just say “I’m sorry I’m on break but someone else can help you.” Very simple and not at all rude.
If you’re looking for rude and disrespectful service, come to this McDonald’s. Most times I go thru drive thru and the people are rude for no reason.
When they pulled me to wait for my food, they told me to “pull up to the rail so they can bring me the rest of my order”, after I followed their instructions, one worker rudely yelled at me to move up as if she didn’t just tell me to wait there. I spoke to the manager about the poor instructions and he said “pulling up to the rail and the line is the same thing”. And it is not. I go to many McDonald’s but this location is the most disorganized and rudest for sure. They give you dangerous directions that can lead to an accident, instead of simply having you pull into a specific spot with a number like they usually do

every once in a while I jones for some mcdonald's breakfast, the big breakfast with sausage and hot cakes. since I'm there I also pick up an odd breakfast sandwich. this trip I got two, the egg mcmuffin with bacon and a mcgriddle with something. I don't get their coffee; that's a short trip to dunkin donuts for an extra large extra extra. got home, woofed the whole thing down in a matter of minutes and was sick all day. the food was good, the service was terrific and the atmosphere was the mcdonald's drive thru.
