The customer service here for online order pickups is horrible. They are so busy talking, including the manager, that you cannot get service. Stop chatting and start working.

Drive thru: in front of me was a person with a big order mind you it’s rush hour & McDonald’s decides to give them the order by the window instead of using the extra parking slots. I mean it would be smarter since it was during rush hour .. you have people behind them waiting on McDonald’s to serve a huge order through the window …

Picking up a delivery from here is delayed when no workers are at the cashier or front of the store. I see this a lot than other customers walking in to place an order. I remember when toy walking in people at front would greet you. Not any more. I’m disappointed.
