This Popeyes seems to always be out of something. They get mad when they have to make iced tea. It's a day and night atmosphere depending who is working. Some have attitudes and don't belong working with the general public. Others are there with a smile and a helpful hand. I find it easier to just walk down 2 blocks to Sharks now.

We wanted chicken sandwiches they were out. But the last time we came the chicken sandwich was fresh and very good much better then McDonald's Burger King Culver's Wendy's but Kentucky Fried Chicken now they'll give you a run for your money there's great too

THE WORST ONE BUT THE ONLY ONE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. THE OWNER/GM IS GLORISE MASON. THEY NEVER HAVE ITEMS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISRESPECTFUL. THE DINING AREA HASN’T BEEN OPENED SINCE 2020. IF I HAD HER NUMBER I WOULD CALL HER AND SAY “SHAME ON YOU!” I CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND REPORTED THIS LOCATION. THE SUPERVISOR ROLLS HER EYES AT YOU. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK THEN DONT WORK. WE DONT NEED YOUR ATTITUDE!

I decided to try them again and it was a different experience! The find was great! Fresh chicken and sides.

It was not good, when my wife and I returned home our order was wrong. My wife called and told the manager about it . She said come back to the store, and will correct the order. Well I drove back to the store only to get interrogated by the gril at the driver through window who looked like she was high.thak you.

Place an online order. Get to the parking lot and a female employee walking in tells the car beside me that the lobby is closed...mind you it was 5:54PM. I get back in my car get in this long line. I say I have an online order she says ohhh.. you could of came in. I said the lady told me and another customer the lobby was closed. She say the lobby is open for online orders only. Why didn't she say that then!!!! I get to the window she had the nerve to have a attitude. Grabbed my bag.. gave it to me and didnt say anything. Get home my whole order is wrong! . Don't be mad at me cuz you work at Popeyes!! The one in Homewood is ten times better! Supposed to have 3 wings 3 legs 2 thighs and 2 breast. They gave me 5 legs 2 wings and 3 thighs. This was a family meal...no napkins forks sauce. 5 dry biscuits no honey. Lastly the chicken was HORRIBLEEEEE sides and all. Ghetto!! Please dont waste yo time or money.

no mask is being worn properly the manager does not wear a mask and I will be reporting this place to the right authorities I tried to take pictures but it was hard to do being on the outside I have known people who died from Covid-19

Stopped and placed an order using a coupon from their app. Was advised they no longer accept them. Due to a car behind me, it took 15 minutes to get through the drive through.

People rude and the place is always dirty. If you go through drive thru you'll never see how dirty it is
