To who it concern: I sent my son to get a pan of cat fish, it cost me a little over $56 plus tax , I didn’t get any fries , bread or coleslaw,so I called them and the answer was fish is expensive, We should stop letting them take advantage of us. I am truly disappointed & quite frankly pissed off. I ordered a 4pc chicken wing dinner, and a side of fried mushrooms. The dinner wasn't in it's usual Styrofoam container, it was in a cardboard "boat," the chicken was salty, the wings were very little, there wasn't any coleslaw or bread, the fries were awful as if they were fried twice, and the mild sauce was nasty. Not to mention, I asked for napkins, and the worker told me they didn't have any! I'm confused, since when it is okay to run out of napkins and you sell majority fried foods??? $13.17 down the drain, but it's okay, I won't ever return to this location again.

The cook and the young lady at the counter was very rude. I asked a simple request of certain food items and was given a hard time when I was handed the incorrect item. I then asked for a manager and was told no to come back in the morning. I got a catfish dinner and had to ask for coleslaw and several people had to ask her when it’s supposed to be put in with the meal. I’m huge on customer service and it was terrible from when I walked in and was not greeted after I said thank you after I paid w/no response. But it’s sharks I will not spend my money here again.
