For some reason, this SB is one of the worst ones! I rarely visit this one but when I do, the coffee is always stale, they add more milk than coffee/syrup! Always drinking milk it seems like. Had to had them remake my drink on two separate occasions and still didn’t get it right. The customer service is okay. I often have to travel to yt neighborhoods for them to make my drink correctly! Do better!

I went through the drive thru. I paid for my order, and my drink was prepared, but the person at the drive thru walked away for several minutes before handing me the order. She was very pleasant and friendly, but it was annoying to wait for a drink that had been sitting there.

Today, my drive-through experience was less than desirable. Since you opened, my order has never changed, and it is correct 90% of the time when I receive it. I am so disappointed that I had to repeat my order three times; I should have checked the drink before leaving the window. When I arrived at my office, I had to trash my Decaf Americano extra shot down the drain. Unbelievable.

The servers are slow as molasses! We've been sitting here literally 25 minutes for two lattes! We are in the Drive-Thru. And still as we speak waiting on our lattes. So you might as well say we've been here 30 minutes and they're not that busy! Manager needs to put a fire under him
