As a first time customer this is the worst experience I've encountered at chain company. The employees are rude. They act as if you aren't even there. I wanted to order a protein smoothie bowl. No one came to the register to take my order after waiting 5 min. I walked out without even ordering. Hire new respectful employees. Or maybe even a new manager as the manager is no better than the employees.

My first time coming here. Never been to a TMC. Experience made me walk out. I didn't even order. They don't acknowledge customers coming in. I stood at the register as no one said hello or even tried to take my order. I'll continue to go to Smoothie King.
